Sotto le aspettative

La pulizia, la posizione, ma il resto...

Cons:

Al ristorante c'era una cameriera soltanto che spariva per 10-12 minuti in cucina quando paghi €28 una bistecchina con poche patatine e poche zucchine grigliate non esiste un servizio del genere. Quando sono entrata era estremamente distratta e quando è sparita dei clienti hanno dovuto accomodarsi da soli. Inoltre quando il giorno dopo il momento del check-out mi hanno chiesto se è andato tutto bene e io ho risposto la conica: " il soggiorno sì, il ristorante no" dalla formalissima signorina che evidentemente mi ha fatto la domanda soltanto perché le era stato imposto, ho ricevuto come risposta un laconico: "oh mi dispiace". Come mai non ti sei informata su cosa intendessi per migliorare la qualità della struttura dove lavori? Tutto il personale era molto giovane: spesso non vuol dire nulla, ma in questo caso sì: troppo inesperti, bisogna tirare le orecchie a chi assume! Esattamente lo stesso motivo per cui non ho trovato le due ciotole del cane (che paga 30 euro a notte per essere ospitato!!) al mio arrivo, poi recuperare con dichiaratami fatica dallo staff.

Je recommande, très bel hôtel, très agréable.
Pros:

Belles chambres confortables, petit déjeuner très bien, quelques options de restaurants tout près si on ne veux pas aller au centre. La terrasse est agréable pour lire ou prendre un verre. Accès à la bibliothèque de l'université, bel environnement.

Cons:

J'ai tout aimé.

Enjoyed our stay, but beds should be more hotel grade
