Staff exceptional, fantastic food !! Atmosphere by the wood fire and setting in the snow....just perfect!! Convenience and access to the snow makes us want to live there permanently!!! Love love love!❤

Amazing location
Pros:

Love to stay here when going to Perisher Valley. Amazing location and views. Breakfast and dinner was excellent, excellent staff at reception and restaurant. On site parking.

Fantastic location and great dining options
Pros:

The breakfast buffet had a great variety. The dinner inclusion was exceptional and the service was amazing. Best choices of meals and nice wine list. Thoroughly enjoyed it all!

Cons:

Coffee was average, could do with a more modern coffee machine. The view of the gas tank wasn't great, disappointed not to be offered a better view, the hotel wasn't full.
