Awesome location
Pros:

Based on the pictures on Booking.com I had higher expectations of this property. But overall: absolutely nothing wrong with it! The check-in after hours was very easy and we found all the needed instructions inside the room. The room was clean and well kept. No remarks. We only stayed for one night so we did not explore the property (like the hot tub). The location is top notch (so close to Zion).

Cons:

There is a big difference between the rooms and it is not very clear on Booking.com what the consequences of your choice are. For example, we had a room that shared the same building with the office (can be louder, smaller, lights on during the night).

Wir haben Gutscheine zum Frühstück für Oscar‘s Café bekommen. Das Café war um gleich um die Ecke und das Frühstück a la carte fantastisch.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren eher klein im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften, aber sehr schön eingerichtet.

A peaceful place to stay.
Pros:

So peaceful and yet right on the Main Street of Springdale close to shops and restaurants and the Zion park shuttle stop. A large room with thoughtful touches and big comfortable bed with charging blocks both sides. Coffee making, fridge, microwave and lots of storage space. Good shower and large basin with plenty of space. Lovely to sit outside in our rocking chairs watching the birds. Great view from the hot tub and there is a gas barbecue.

Perfect place to rest and relax after a day exploring the park.

Endroit parfait pour Zion Park
Pros:

Calme et très confortable. Parking privé. Conforme à la description. Petit déjeuner dans le Coffee à 100m (excellent !). Supérette juste en face. Si queue à Zion Park, laissez la voiture au cottage et prenez la navette car parking du parc souvent plein et parking public payant (35€ la journée). On est qu’à qq kms de l’entrée du parc et après vous prenez le shuttle interne qui dessert tous les sites

The cottages and surroundings are really nice, but everything is self-service. You’d better hope you don’t run into any problems.
