Fantastic staff.
Pros:

A big shout out to the staff. Literally everyone, from the security to reception desk and from restaurant to housekeeping, helped us with a smile and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. A sandal of my wife broke so I asked for a repair shop but instead, they fixed it immediately. Internet in a part of the hotel stopped working, while they were fixing it they even offered a room change for the last night. That was not needed, but it shows how they value their guests. It’s for the staff I give this hotel a 9.

The location is great, breakfast is decent, food in restaurant is tasty. Room is spacious, though needs some love. Bathroom became one lake after my daughter took a shower ;) Oh and lovely live music each Friday at their sky lounge.

For this price, it’s a ln absolute steal!

Cons:

For the money we paid, one can simply not complain about anything. But as mentioned above, the room needs some love.
