Pros:

Great location. Clean modern room and bathroom. Generally helpful staff. Rooftop bar - nice view. Efficient convenient self-check in on their kiosk with good options for things like late check out at different times for different prices.

Cons:

Several things which are a disappointment for the price. Water not working for me and another guest on arrival - fixed after a few hours of me being out of the hotel. During check in on the self serve kiosk (before it initialised the keycard) I paid for the late check-out until 1pm. Despite this the keycard stopped working at 12. Apparantly this will happen to anyone who pays the premium for a late check-out. So I had to wait in line for around 10 minutes to get this fixed - as there was only one staff member on reception who was dealing with and prioritising the many people asking to leave their bags in the luggage storage area prior to check-in time.

I was unfortunately then rushed at check-out due to personal reasons, and the automatic self-checkout kiosk rejected my check out due to it being after 12 (despite paying for late check out option and it still being before 1pm). I did not have the time to queue again to talk to staff, so I just put the card in the box and left and then called them when I had the chance that afternoon. Nobody was picking up the phone, I spent around 20 minutes on hold before giving up and sending an email. I did not want to be charged a fee. Eventually they replied saying it's all ok.

This is just a series of problems which aren't on their own terrible, but when combined and considering the high price of this hotel, it is disappointing and poor.

Sehr gut gelegenes gut ausgestattetes Hotel mit Rooftopbar, eher für jüngeres Publikum
Pros:

Gute Ausstattung, zentrale Lage.Parkhaus

Cons:

Online Check in im Vorfeld für digitale Keycard hat Zeit gekostet, online wurden Daten erhoben, deren Verwendung letztlich unklar war, weil es im Hotel dann hieß, das System würde nicht funktionieren und alles erneut aufgenommen wurde.

Zentrale Lage am Hauptbahnhof. Kleine aber komfortable Zimmer.

Cons:

Online-Checkin ist viel zu kompliziert. Das geht auch einfacher: Warum muss ich alles, was ich schon bei Booking.com eingegeben habe, nochmal eingeben? Im Zimmer steht eine Nespresso-Maschine, aber weder Zucker noch Milch oder Kaffeesahne.
