Wouldn’t bother again..

Location & room was okay

Cons:

The check-in experience was extremely disappointing. Staff were rude and spoke to us as though we could not afford the hotel’s extras, which was both insulting and unprofessional. Despite informing them several times that check-in would be after midnight, we continued to receive repeated calls and messages asking the same question. For the price paid, this level of service is unacceptable. I would not stay here again.

Simple, elegant, unforgettable.
Pros:

I had a wonderful experience at Avari. The service was absolutely perfect—professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. The staff made sure everything was smooth and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was elegant and relaxing. Truly a top-class experience. Highly recommended!
