Location is excellent, staff is very courteous, clean rooms, breakfast is also good. Standard rooms are a bit small.
Stay was okay. Rooms were clean but small. The room temperature was fixed at 17–18°C, which was not comfortable for sitting and working. I tried to increase it to 20–21°C, which is more comfortable, but it didn’t work. I called guest services and a technician came, but he was unable to fix it. The reception staff also tried to switch me to another room, but all rooms were the same. They said this was the standard temperature, which felt too cold and not a comfortable environment to work.
I requested a heater; they provided one after a strong request. However, housekeeping took it back the next day despite my instructions not to remove it.
However, the staff was polite and helpful. Especially Rashna, Guest Relations Manager, was very polite and helpful. One small issue: they hardly had 100-rupee change available for tips.
