Pros:

The staff were incredible - some of the friendliest, most beautiful people we met during our trip. They were always happy to chat, help with anything we needed, and made us feel completely at home. We ended up eating dinner at the resort 3 out of 4 nights because we enjoyed spending time there so much. Anything you need, they accommodate (massage in room, recommendations, snorkel trip, and also overheard them arranging electric bikes late at 9pm for other guests - anything is possible with their help). Special shout out to Made, Winda, Yadi and Wahyu for making our stay so memorable ❤️

The food was consistently delicious with plenty of options. Everything we ordered was excellent. We were genuinely impressed by what the kitchen was able to produce throughout the day, and Made was even kind enough to share some of his cooking tips.

The pool is absolutely beautiful and incredibly relaxing. Spending time there made us feel as though we'd been on holiday for twice as long as we actually had.

I almost forgot to mention: the cleaning standard was exceptionally high - it’s something you don’t appreciate at the time because you expect all accommodation to be to a high standard, and I hadn’t thought of this until I experienced lower standards elsewhere. Staff are very attentive to cleaning and even small details like filling the water jug in our fridge - really going the extra mile to make our life easier.

The rooms were fantastic with a view of the luscious greenery on the property. The bathroom is beautifully designed, and the beds are very comfortable with two pillows each. We also appreciated the Smart TV with Netflix and Prime, and the movable TV stand that allows you to bring the screen closer to the bed.

The location was perfect for us. It's close to Sunset Beach and the nearby yoga studio where you can try Fly High aerial yoga for 200k. Bikes can be rented from the hotel for 50k per day, making it easy to explore further afield.

Cons:

None at all for us.

We thought the location was ideal and loved being on this side of the island. When we arrived, we chose to walk from the ferry with our luggage because we didn't want to use the horse & carriage, which took us around 30 minutes. However, transport can easily be arranged if you'd prefer not to walk.

Very sad that we had to leave!

Great accommodation, we enjoyed our stay very much. Pool is very big and they clean it and check it daily. Room was very clean and breakfast had many options and was super delicious

Pyszne śniadania przyniesione do willi. Czysto i schludnie. Basen także czysty i też czyszczony podczas sprzątania. Blisko 2 sklepy a do plaży około 10 min pieszo

Lovely villa, we hired a bike from next door and took 10 minutes to the main parts. Rooms are lovely and clean. Restaurant was also lovey.
