Pros:

Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung, gutes Frühstück, sauberer Swimmingpool.

Cons:

Sehr harte Betten. Das Badezimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und das Warmwasser dauert etwas länger.

Pros:

Girls at reception very helphfull.
Quiet and peacfull and good sized swimming pool and spa pool.
Great meals served at the restaurant and if you wish delivered to your room.

Cons:

Noisy Bird kept us awake part of the night. But I guess you can't do anything about that.

It was amazing experience in staying Prelude. Staffs are very nice and smiley. Especially breakfast was fantastic...well prepared and delicious. Great atmosphere.
Sure we will recommend to our friends.

Cleanliness and spacious family room for 3 people. We were in room D203

Cons:

Bathroom could have longer shower curtains so that the water doesn’t make the toilet floor wet.

Towels are very old.

Nice hotel, but a couple of issues for me.
Pros:

Great hotel and pool. Lovely staff. Very clean.

Cons:

Food a little limited for Western tastes. Worst night's sleep I have ever had as mattress extremely hard. (Personal I realise) Ran hot water in the sink (Room E114) for 30 mins at 7:30 in the evening to have a shave but NO HOT WATER. Hotel a little isolated.
