Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße direkt am Meer. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und für eine Nacht angemessen. Die Ausstattung hat der Klassifizierung entsprochen.

Pros:

Локація: недалеко від центру, красива набережна для прогулянок, прекрасний вигляд з номерів/ресторану на море та гори. Неподалік є багато закладів, для обіду/вечері

Номери : дуже маленькі, в номері є все необхідне щоб зупинитись на декілька ночей.

Персонал : всі дуже привітні та дружелюбні. Окрема подяка працівнику що працює на сніданках. Він не розмовляв англійською але робив все можливе до комунікації з нами та нашої зручності

Cons:

Чистота : залишає бажати кращого. В нашому номері по всюди був пил та павутина на стінах/стелі. Найгірше душ. По низу між плиткою в швах є чорна пліснява. Також на ліжку пропалене покривало( але воно не є необхідним для використання). Простінь не найкращої якості, але на декілька ночівель підійде.

Звукоізоляція: будьте готові чути що відбувається в сусідніх номерах, як хтось розмовляє чи дивиться телевізор. Як хтось ходить по коридорі також чути.

Сніданок : для тих у кого в ранковому ритуалі є ранкова кава може стати новиною, що вона в сніданок не входить. Він стандартний та незмінний кожного дня. Якщо ви хочете каву, наприклад, за неї потрібно доплачувати окремо.

Басейн : ви будете здивовані, але він знаходиться в ресторані. Ніхто в ньому не купався під час нашого перебування, але його розташування може вас здивувати 😅

Great location and staff were lovely. Very friendly

Cons:

Cleaning wasn’t always great. No coffee or tea or water left in room and shower didn’t work properly. I had a room over the pool and it was really noisy.

The location. The scenery. The cleaning staff. 2 of the male receptionists were very friendly and helpful. All the waiters were friendly and welcoming.
The bathroom was clean the room was light and airy. Whenever we asked for the room to be cleaned and have fresh towels it was done. But you do have to ask. Some of the food was ok.

Cons:

We had issues all week with the jacuzzi. We booked the top room with jacuzzi due to coming for dental treatment so thought as we would spend a lot of time in the room we would choose the best. We had 3 technicians come to try and fix the jacuzzi. And we’re only able to use it successfully a couple of times in the week. The drains were blocked so the balcony flooded. The room needs a good clean under the bed, windows and the ripped broken sofa needs replacing. People have complained about barking dogs but we never heard any. Booking.com were amazing and despite getting no communication from the hotel I have been given a partial refund for the jacuzzi difference which I am happy with. The manager was washing at first but then became very rude and tried to blame us for the jacuzzi issue when we left despite giving us 2 small bottles of wine and some fruit when we first had the issues.
