Hotel consigliato, io ci tornerò sicuramente.
Pros:

Molto buona la colazione. Molto comoda la posizione alla stazione. Lo Staff è davvero molto molto gentile e sempre sorridente. 😀

Ein solides Hotel für einen tollen Preis, unweit der Innenstadt.
Pros:

Für das Hotel spricht das gute Preis/Leistungsverhältnis – dementsprechend waren meine Erwartungen auch nicht hoch und wurde damit auch genau eingehalten. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett bequem.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer ist schon sehr klein. Vor allem das Waschbecken findet man so eigentlich nur in einem Gästebad. Der Duschkopf war sehr verkalkt und spritze in alle Richtungen. Letzteres habe ich gemeldet und wurde hoffentlich mittlerweile behoben.

Zimmer klein aber fein. Für eine Nacht volkommend ausreichend. Auch um das Problem mit dem Fernseher wurde sich gekümmert. Sollte aber nochmal nachgeschaut werden, weil einige Programme gar nicht gingen. Das bemängel ich überhaupt nicht. Gibt schlimmeres. Der nächste Gast wäre da evtl dran interessiert

Pros:

Wie in einigen anderen Berichten erwähnt, habe ich im Bad kein Schimmel gesehen. Alles sauber.
Auf die Wünsche der Gäste wird eingegangen.
Das Frühstücksbuffet hat eine große Auswahl und der Frühstücksraum ist schön eingerichtet.
Zentral in Oberhausen gelegen sind öffentliche Verkehrsmittel nach ein paar Metern vorhanden.

Cons:

Das W-Lan und der Zugang dazu ist wirklich nicht zeitgemäß.
Das Zimmer ist zur Straße hin sehr laut.

Pros:

Die Kapselkaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer war super. Kühlschrank hab ich nicht gebraucht, war aber auch im Zimmer.
Bad war sauber
Bahnhof und Netto in 5 Minuten erreichbar

Cons:

Der schlechte Geruch im Schlafzimmer und Bad war nicht angenehm.
Das Haus war extrem hellhörig.
Morgens ab 5.00 sind die ersten Gäste aufgestanden, was man gut hören konnte.
Bis spät abends waren laute Gespräche von den Zimmern und Flur zu hören.
Der Rauchmelder im Zimmer war nicht in der Halterung. Wurde auch nach Beschwerde nicht angebracht, mein Zimmer war im 2.Obergeschoss, da wäre er schon wichtig gewesen!
