Hotel très respectable avec spa et piscine. Mais malheureusement, le bain Turc, jaccuzzi et les services de spa n'étaient pas disponible, alors que nous y allions justement pour ces services.

Pour le reste, impeccable.

My partner and I got married locally at Cala Dei Balcani, we had many guests staying at Hotel Aurora. We throughly enjoyed our stay! All staff were very helpful and made our trip and time together very enjoyable!
Breakfast was always fresh and plentiful, our rooms were always cleaned to a top standard.

Wow the hotel Aurora at Puglia was just brilliant.
Me and my fiancé got married at the Cala dei balcani venue just up the road. We emailed ahead to the hotel explaining we were getting married and we were staying with a lot of our guests.
They messaged us back to inform us they would stay myself and my fiancé in one of their best sea facing rooms. And they set aside the whole conference room on the day of the wedding for my wife and her bridesmaids.
They put three huge full length mirrors comfy chairs and tables in the room.
All the staff were so happy and helpful and so kind and pleased to us on our wedding day and days after.
Our families and friends all stayed there and loved it. The pool and pool bar staff were great we spent hours up there all together having fun sunbathing and having drinks.
The breakfast was lovely and fresh the rooms were clean and always refreshed daily. The pool is great and one of only two hotels with a pool in this area. Close to the sea and restaurants. A great place to stay and if you are getting married at Cala dei balcani this is a perfect option for you and your families to base yourselves.

Beautiful hotel and great staff, I recommend it.

estrema gentilezza del personale , piscina fantastica, peccato non aver provato percorso benessere , ottime le cozze gratinate dello chef e.. l' espressino di Mario a colazione!

Sconsigliatissimo hotel abbandonato senza manutenzione alcuna da anni (al massimo due stelle non di piu ) scarico del wc guasto (abbiamo usato un secchio con acqua per pulire il water) aspiratore in bagno guasto (bagno cieco immaginate gli odori) telefono in camera guasto , insomma un disatro Andate all Est Hotel a pochi metri ma davvero fantastico , nuovo e ben gestito

Is was a kosmic experience to be a part of the given coffee lecture by queen Romina.

Niet goed en geen service parkeren was duurder terwijl deur stuk was we zijn 2 dagen eerder vertrokken wat dus genoeg zegt en geen compensatie ook het ontbijt was niet goed en het ergste pads voor espresso in Italië dan houd het voor mij echt op kom hier nooit meer

One of the most disappointing hotel experiences ever. Extremely dirty to the point of wanting to leave, very basic facilities lacking essentials. Will not be visiting again. Stay somewhere else! This is clearly not a 4 star hotel.

We stayed at the Hotel Aurora with our two young children and couldn’t have been happier with the accommodation. It has a lovely big pool, great food and a fabulous spa for the adults. The staff are lovely and welcoming and can’t do enough for you. Rooms are modern and clean, we stayed in a family room which has two adjoining bedrooms which is perfect with two children. We will definitely be back!

Solitamente passiamo le vacanze estive in Puglia, e ci piace spendere qualche giorno visitando le bellezze di questa regione. Quest’anno abbiamo deciso di passare un paio di giorni nel “profondo sud” e abbiamo scelto questo hotel a Santa Cesarea Terme. La struttura è situata in alto rispetto al paese, quindi si gode di una bella vista, e grazie ad una breve scalinata si arriva sul lungo mare, dove poter già accedere alla struttura dei bagni termali. Altrimenti a pochi minuti con la macchina si raggiungono altri incantevoli posti dove il mare e la natura la fa da padrona. La stanza ampia e dotata di tutti i confort descritti, era pulita, ma avrebbe necessitato di qualche attenzione in più. Angoli di battiscopa staccati, alcune passate di vernice “molto rapide” e cornici del bagno da incollare, non sono passati inosservati, ma di sicuro non hanno reso il soggiorno meno piacevole. Di sicuro era in procinto di essere risistemata a fine stagione. Colazione abbondante e fornita sia di dolce che di salato. Personale sempre gentile, disponibile a dare suggerimenti e pronto a proporre i servizi addizionali offerti dalla struttura a prezzi competitivi. Bellissima piscina all’aperto dove rilassarsi e bere un piacevole e fresco caffè salentino. Purtroppo, non posso dire nulla della SPA non avendola visitata né provata. Suggerisco ai proprietari di introdurre una breve visita della SPA al momento del check-in, se l’ospite gradisce. Sicuramente da tenere presente per prossime vacanze.

Most of the staff were nice. The hotel could do with a few improvements like most places but it's nice enough. The pool area is lovely and a nice place to spend the day. Wifi was patchy but good 4G signal so we used that instead. Overall pretty good. The only urgent area of improvement is the poolside music. They were playing Italian gangster rap music at full volume on patched together hi-fi set up. The sound quality is truly awful. You also literally can't hear yourself think when it's playing and there is absolutely no chance of having a conversation. The pool only had a couple of young families around it and nobody was enjoying it. All good apart from that.

Grazioso hotel a due passi da un mare incantevole.

The hotel is really 2 star at most. Noisy air conditioning. Heavy smell of detergent.

Hotel in buona posizione per raggiungere il centro del piccolo paese. Bella la piscina.
