staff super Adriana all'accoglienza sempre gentile, disponibile, pronta a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta, noi siamo il terzo anno che andiamo e ormai è diventata una persona cara un punto di riferimento importante. Daniela alle colazioni é stupenda sempre con il sorriso, disponibile, cordiale, attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti.
É a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni, a 2 minuti dalla via dei negozi e a 10 minuti dalla spiaggia, rimane fronte al palacongressi, intorno ci sono diversi servizi negozi di abbigliamento, ristoranti, bar, supermercati, ottima posizione

Un albergo in cui torno sempre col sorriso
Pros:

Mi reco una volta all'anno a Riccione per un congresso di 3 giorni, da 3 anni alloggio sempre all'hotel president. La struttura è di fronte al Pala Riccione e a 1 minuto dal mare, camere pulitissime, e accoglienti, una colazione super completa e piccole coccole giornaliere come, acqua, cialde di un.ottimo caffè e deliziosi biscotti in camera. Ma il motivo che mi fa tornare ogni anno è lo staff, gentile, educato, sempre pronto ad aiutarti ( anche quando ti chiudi accidentalmente fuori al balcone), alla reception poi trovate Adriana, che ti fa sentire davvero un ospite d'onore. Sempre col sorriso, pronta a darti suggerimenti e risolvere i problemi amministrativi (mi hanno clonato la carta che avevo fornito alla prenotazione poco prima della partenza, lei ha risolto velocemente il problema) ti fa un caffè eccezionale e ti accoglie sempre con un sorriso. Grazie Adriana, e grazie a tutto lo staff, mi raccomando restate sempre così come siete.

Pros:

Struttura pulitissima con personale super accogliete. Stanza ampia e ben illuminata e arieggiata. Una colazione a buffet super varia. Attenti alle esigenze e pronti a soddisfare ogni richiesta. L’hotel migliore di Riccione dove ho pernottato ultimamente.

OTTIMA POSIZIONE

Posizione e disponibilità del personale., sia sulle informazioni e servizi.

Cons:

A seguito della conformità dell'hotel qualsiasi rumore dalle camere si sente....dal parlare, spostamento di singoli mobili , al rientro ospiti ...o passaggio turistico sulla strada. ... e purtroppo se si è in zoma per lavoro rende il soggiorno difficile per un riposo adeguato.
