Staying at the property allowed us to be near where we needed to be. The room was small but ok. Breakfast terrible and the staff whem checking out were rude and unhelpful

Very good hotel for your weekends.

Utrolig sjarmerende plass med god frokost og veldig god middag. Hyggelig folk som jobber der og nærme stranden. Eneste som kunne vært bedre er renholdet. Det var sand på gulvet da vi fikk rommet og håndkleet ble byttet sjeldent.

Camera pulita, sufficientemente spaziosa per due persone (su letti singoli), bagno dignitoso.
Comodissimo per accesso alla spiaggia e molto vicino a vari ristoranti di buona qualità, ampio parcheggio e disponibilità di posti auto nelle vicinanze dell’albergo.
Colazione generosa e variegata, personale gentile e disponibile.
Rapporto qualità/prezzo più che soddisfacente.

The hotel's location is its major plus: it is a less than two-minute walk from the beach and a number of restaurants/bars. To get to Senigallia centre, it's a ~15-minute walk.

While there, we had a theft of some money (presumably from one of the housekeeping staff) amounting to ~€60. This was reported to one of the management staff, and while we appreciate there is nothing they could have reasonably done to resolve the situation, I would have appreciated a little more concern on their part than was actually shown.

The hotel also does leave all of its room keys hanging on a board close to the 'reception' area (for want of a better word; in reality, it was non-existent). This area is unmanned. This means if one chooses to leave their key there (and we did not), someone off the street could walk into the hotel, pick up the key and enter a room of their choice unbeknown to the hotel staff.

The breakfast selection is somewhat limited. Coffee has to be ordered and could be described as average at best; avoid caffe latte!

The four-person room was cramped, and the bathroom was similarly so. Balcony was also very small and not really suitable for sitting out on. The views from the balconies are also not over the coastline, but look onto other hotels (or train lines). There is also a lot of noise from the nearby railway. Air conditioning average.

If you are looking for a cheap stay in a reasonable hotel, this is the place to look.

It's about 18 years I personally go to this hotel and every year I am happy.
It is family owned and operated, and the people care a lot for their customers.
The hotel is located literally at 200 feet from the beach, from many of its newly restored rooms you can see the Adriatic sea. As said, rooms are new, and they all have TVs, showers, fridge and large comfy beds.
Moreover, the food is always fresh and tasty!
If you want to have a nice, pleasant stay in Senigallia without spending a fortune, I absolutely suggest you check this place out.
