Such a shame, used to be a lovely hotel

We have stayed at this hotel 4 times.
Not sure what's changed but this time was disappointing 😕

Cons:

The room was not well prepared, the curtains rail was broken and one curtain was hanging off the rail so we could not close it.
The bathroom was not as clean as it should be.
Breakfast was disappointing, no bowls for fruit or cereal, kettle for hot water empty, no staff member checking that everything was as it should be.
I did highlight these issues at the time, such a shame as our previous visits were fine.
