Lovely place, perfect location
Pros:

The location is fantastic for exploring. Within one hour drive, you are in Victoria or Nanaimo and in less than an hour drive, you can reach many beautiful beaches and communities. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. It was outfitted with everything we needed. The staff were lovely too. I would recommend this to families that are on a budget and are looking for a nice and clean place that is extremely comfortable but not too modern or "fancy". This apartment makes you feel like you are in your grandma's house, just lovely.

Good value for the money.
Pros:

Jamie and Raj were excellent. Someone was always around during the day and they were only a quick phone all away. It was quite close to town but amazingly it was very quiet. Parking was no problem. We we there for 18 days and Jamie came in to do housekeeping and change the bedding after we were there a week. Very friendly. They even gave us a welcome bottle of wine which was a nice surprise.

Cons:

Unfortunately during our stay there was a heat wave so the place was very hot but they did provide a couple of stand up fans which helped. Everything else was great.

Pros:

La jeune employée indienne, Raj, qui m'a accueilli le 1er jour, m'a attribué un logement moins exposé au soleil. L'établissement n'est pas climatisé, mais des ventilateurs de plafond ou mobiles sont disponibles.
Raj a été serviable chaque fois que je l'ai sollicitée.

Cons:

La caution de 300 Cad qui a été encaissée le 1er jour ne m'a été restituée sur mon compte que trois semaines après, au lieu d'une semaine annoncée.
J'ai dû réclamer plusieurs fois pour obtenir mon remboursement.

Feels like home!
Pros:

I enjoy the stay, the location is very nice. Very clean and spacious! It really feels like home. I came with my wife and 4 children and they loved it! Very nice lady that works there she was so kind 😇 definitely will come back again.

Pros:

Jamie made us feel very welcome and always did a checkin when she saw us to see if there was anything we needed. Suite was very roomy and had all we needed.

Cons:

Communication prior to our arrival when we had some questions wasn't addressed in a timely manner.

Exceptional
Pros:

The feeling of being at home is how I would describe my stay. I was in the middle of a community not an industrial area. There was a bottle of wine and two glasses awaiting me on the table when I entered the room on the kitchen table. Jamie and Raj where very friendly and kind. They were very personable and helpful. I was able to talk to Myrna (one of the owners of the property) and she was able to tell me more about what went into making the Manor what it is and how much care that they have given to make it what it is. All around great experience!!

Cons:

I didn't stay long enough!! My next stay will be longer, hopefully much longer!!

Jamie made our family feel extremely welcome, and she went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Very quiet location, and very comfortable rooms. Great spot for a family! 10/10 stay, wish we had someone as wonderful as Jamie everywhere we traveled to!

Pros:

The staff was super nice and helpful and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

No air conditioning so the room is quite warm. The couch needs to be thrown out, you can't sit in it. So we could not lounge comfortably in the living room.
