Pros:

治安がいいEscaron地区にあるホテル。実際昼間の周辺歩きやセントロ往復の路線バス乗車は全く問題がなかった。ただし夜間はUber移動必須(Pullmanturバス発着のSheraton PresidenteからUberで3USD程度、20時ごろチェックイン)。当サイトやGoogle Mapの位置情報は正しく、幹線道路から少し入ったところにあるので静か。緩い坂道に面して建っており、レセプションまでは数段階段またはスロープを上る必要がある。ホテル自体は1階建てなので階段乗降なし(段差はあるが...)
部屋設備はTV、エアコン、冷蔵庫、木製の椅子机セット。鍵は通常の物理鍵＋内鍵、チェーンロック。シャワーブースは広く湯量も十分。WiFiは多少遅くなる時があるが問題なく使えた。コンセントは日本タイプのものが部屋内とバスルーム内に数か所。2連泊で500ml水ボトルを1本もらった。部屋内にポットはないが、レセプションエリアに熱湯サーバとコーヒー紅茶、電子レンジが用意されている。水やスナックなど簡単な売店あり。
スタッフは人によるが、意思疎通に問題ない程度の英語は通じる。(朝食は630-1000まで、という日本語訳のスマホ画面を見せられた...)　なお朝食は10種類ぐらいのセットメニュー(写真のみで料理名は記載されていない)から選択。ジュースとコーヒーのみ飲み放題。
幹線道路まで出るとピザハット、向かいにWendy'sやミスタードーナツ(至る所にある...)、コンビニが入った小規模な商業施設、さらに南に2ブロックほど進むとSelectorsという大型スーパーがある。上述の通り昼間時間帯であれば徒歩移動は全く危険を感じなかった。

Cons:

レセプションから最遠の部屋だったので、コーヒーをいれに毎回レセプションに行く必要があったのが不便といえば不便だった。コンセントの位置(冷蔵庫付近)がデスクと離れているので、PC使用するために机を移動する必要があった。不満な点は強いて言えばそれぐらい。全体的に快適だった。

Las instalaciones, hotel antiguo muy bien conservado, habitación confortable con baño privado, el personal muy atento y dispuesto a colaborar. Cerca hay transporte para visitar diferentes puntos de la ciudad, ofrecen café y aromáticas en todo momento.
