The rooms were updated and clean. It’s at a wonderful location in Bethany Beach.

I think I’ve ever been to a place that felt so safe, so family friendly, and just beautiful! The hotel itself was a vacation. The upper level gym was nice for a quick workout and the pool was a nice break from the sand and salt. Also very nice that we could walk to the beach and be there in less than three minutes.

Great access to the beach. Best ocean views (including front row to a pod of dolphins). Spacious room for a small family. Thank you to Diveanna at the front desk who delivered popcorn to our room when a late night craving for myself and toddler struck. Super grateful for a late checkout so we could enjoy another day at the beach without rushing.

Good breakfast, staff was nice.

Everything was clean, great location, and friendly staff!

Perfect location. Comfortable rooms and large. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Helpful housekeeping folks. Nice service at the restaurant. Except the noise in the lobby with the tiling and banging (on a holiday weekend..) and a very loud group having a party who has a conference room that chooses to not close the doors and have their party in the lobby instead.

This hotel understands how to provide excellent customer service. When we pulled up to their undercover entrance (it was cool and rainy) was appreciated but the highlight was the delightful gentleman Imoh who greeted us. He proceeded to help us with both our parking pass and getting us to the front desk to check-in. He is an excellent ambassador.

Lori at the front desk also provided excellent customer service. Given the busy upcoming holiday weekend I was not able to get a platinum upgrade in advance but she was able to find us one for the night. The ocean view room was perfect because it not only had a great view but it was totally out of the howling wind so we could enjoy sitting on the balcony.

The room itself was one of the smaller Residence Inn suites but this property is not a typical RI with the building being on the beach. Great location for sure! The room was nicely decorated and in good condition.

We were in the south building so for breakfast we had to go across the street but that was a minor inconvenience. The dining room was better than most RI breakfast areas though the food was standard fare except for the fantastic oatmeal raisin cookies!

The only negative is that they charge $40 /night for parking (a different price showed on their website when I booked) in a very tight garage. Overall a very positive stay!

The restaurant was excellent, and check in with Lori was EXCEPTIONAL!
