Awesomeness!
Pros:

How close it was to the beach and boardwalk. The staff was great! everyone was nice. One staff that stood out was Ms Lori from the front desk. She was great with my two boys. Very lovely person. Sweet lady! Thank you Ms Lori for my suite my boys enjoyed it.

Cons:

The hallways had a strong smell. Almost like cheap cologne. I don’t know how else to describe it. Especially in level 2

Beautiful property. Easy beach access. Our room was awesome. And super clean. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant has very tasty food.

Pros:

View of the boardwalk and beach and the proximity to town.

Cons:

It was quite drafty and the shower never got very hot but it was very cold and windy during our stay.

Also, they had a difficult time finding our reservation through Booking making the check-in process long and stressful.

Clean and comfortable place for a family to stay. We weren’t crammed together.
Pros:

Convenient location within walking distance of several restaurants. Close to the beach, and most importantly, it was clean.

Cons:

Check in was very slow. We waited for quite a while to even be acknowledged.

Great location to enjoy holidays at the beach!
Pros:

We visited Thanksgiving weekend and really enjoyed all the holiday decorations around the hotel. The staff was great too and everyone really made an effort to make us feel as comfortable as possible.

They also had a great live band playing at the restaurant in the hotel which was really nice!

Overall its hard to beat the views and location to the boardwalk for enjoying all the holiday activities going on in Bethany. Would highly recommend!

Pros:

The breakfasts did not meet our expectations for the price $259 for off season was a little pricey. It did not have many items on the buffet.

Uncomfortable Stay
Pros:

Location was perfect.

Cons:

We had a dog that bark nonstop near our room. After we addressed our frustrations several times, we were finally moved. We paid too much for this hotel for this to happen. Hotel is dated.
