Overall good.

Très bon accueil et globalement très bon hôtel. Mais toujours deux points négatifs :
- mauvaises odeurs de canalisation dans la douche
- chaîne d’hôtel qui se dit eco responsable mais qui ne l’est pas : les serviettes sont changées tous les jours même si vous les accrochez

Bra läge på hotellet, smidigt familjerum med loft där två enkelsängar finns. Liten toalett med dusch. Smidigt med parkering i garage under hotellet. Finns behov att renovera rummen.

A estadia em si correu tudo bem, tivemos um problema com o ar condicionado que estava pingando água, mas fomos prontamente atendidos.
O quarto era pra quatro pessoas, o ar condicionado basicamente só funcionava pra quem estava na parte de baixo e mesmo assim não gelava o suficiente. Passamos bastante calor, principalmente as meninas que estavam no andar de cima do quarto.
O box de vidro não veda, então, ao tomar banho passa muita água para o chão do banheiro.

No mais, a equipe é muito atenciosa e gentil. A localização é boa, perto de um McDonald’s e de uma estação de metrô, conseguimos fazer tudo usando esse transporte.

Staff is rude, rooms are small, no room to sit on toilet comfortably. Again, staff ignores you since they’re deep into conversation with one another or on their phones.

It was for sleep only to be honest, it's small but confy, the only donwsize was the bathroom, the bathtub was leaking water all over the floor, but the rest thats all, 5 minutes to the metro station and all very close to the turistic places

Plusieurs séjours dans cet hôtel : rien à redire sur l’accueil, la propreté, le petit-déjeuner, … à proximité de la station de métro Malakoff Plateau de Vanves, de restaurants. Destination idéale pour les centres de formation situés à proximité (CNEH, PHOSPHORIA).

Clean room and good service

The staff was super friendly which is a super plus and hotels was clean, breakfast was wonderful the only con i had was that my room didn't have heating no matter how far i cut the heat up it blew out cold air.

Far from Airport and from city, nice and quiet area. Check in time at 15:00 no option for early check in even with fee! The room itself beds were clean but the toilet was filthy toilet seat yellow inside unadjusted seat , shower filter left on the floor, toilet brush was left on top of sink and a bad smell. The room temp was very cold however the nice lady offered me a portable heater. Breakfast was fine served early which is a plus. Staff were lovely helpful and friendly especially the late staff Osiane was brilliant.
