Convenient comfortable apartment
Pros:

Location good and very clear check in and out guidance. Generous supplies, good machinery, WiFi good and Appartment block quite modern and clean.

Cons:

Needs a bedside table both sides and maybe a coffee table that wasn’t completely clear so you don’t bang into it and bruise your shins!. The bathroom lacks surface space for wash bags and hand towel.

El apartamento estaba súper cómodo, todo muy limpio, amplio, arreglado, dotado de básicamente todo lo que puedas necesitar durante tu estancia y muy, muy lindo!!! Tiene una vista maravillosa tanto desde el Apartamento como desde la Azotea del Edificio, a la cual se puede accesar sin ninguna dificultad.

Desde el apartamento se puede llegar a pie a una gran variedad de Restaurantes, Bares, Supermercados y al Hoboken’s Waterfront, que es realmente divino!!!

Lo que más me gustó es que tan pronto la administradora Rebecca M. tuvo conocimiento de que nos habíamos alojado en Dharma, para poder asistir al Partido de nuestra Selección de Fútbol, durante la Copa del Mundo de FIFA, ella tuvo el hermoso y excepcional detalle de decorar la puerta de nuestro apartamento, con imágenes alusivas al fútbol y a Panamá!!! Amé demasiado ese detalle y gesto tan bonito!!!

Te brindan atención súper amable 24/7, lo cual es genial!!!

Cons:

Me hubiese gustado haberme quedado un par de días adicionales; sin embargo, el precio por noche estaba un poco elevado, así que me tocó abstenerme de alargar la estancia y quedarnos solo cinco noches.

It was the perfect getaway and just a ferry ride away from the hustle and bustle of NYC
The rooftop garden was an awesome way to see the sunset and the skyline of the city
Fully equipped kitchen was awesome.

Superbe appartement confortable avec vue sur Manhattan
Pros:

L’appartement spacieux avec tout ce qu’il faut comme ustensiles et fournitures, la vue sur Manhattan, la propreté.

Cons:

Le bruit des travaux à l’extérieur et la route qui passse à proximité ainsi que le manque d’insonorisation avec les appartements à proximité.
Il manque une salle de sport également

Magnifique!
Pros:

Tout dans cet appartement est merveilleux! Quel plaisir de revenir de New-York le soir et d’avoir accès à une cuisine réellement complète et fonctionnelle! Tout a été pensé dans ses moindres détails pour que nous nous sentions comme à la maison. Notre suite était grande et parfaite pour une famille de quatre personnes. Les suites sont modernes et très propres. De plus, le marché Trader Joe’s est dans le voisinage immédiat, ce qui est très pratique. Le ferry se prend, quant à lui, tout près de l’hôtel et nous amène tout près de Time square, des croisières Circle Line et du musée Intrepid. Si votre budget est serré, vous pouvez aussi prendre le bus, qui est plus économique. Je recommanderai sans hésiter cet hébergement à mes amis!

A good choice for families to stay

The apartment was bigger than we expected. It had a nice partial view of the Manhattan skyline from the 4th floor and a convenient location. The host was very accommodating and involved.

Apartment clean and spacious .
Reservations team very good at communication, very helpful and quick to reply and very polite and friendly.

Cons:

Heating makes such a horrendously loud noise it was unbearable and we couldn't have it on when we were in so had to wear extra sweaters and sit with blankets on.

Fantastische tijd in New York: top appartement, mooi weer goed gezelschap en een grote glimlach
Pros:

Een goed en fijn appartement met een keuken en een goede badkamer op een goede plek dichtbij het centrum van Manhattan. Je kan een bus pakken die daar ongeveer 10 tot 15 minuten over doet. Het voelt als een huisje dichtbij de stad waardoor je de drukte kan ontsnappen maar toch dichtbij bent.
