Le lieu parfait pour quelques jours à Merida
Pros:

Notre séjour a été parfait dans cet hôtel familial charmant et extrêmement propre. La chambre dans le patio est au calme, parfaitement équipée et agencée. Le petit déjeuner du matin est simple mais amplement suffisant et agréable, le café est resservi volontiers. Chaque jour de l’eau fraîche est approvisionnée et l’on profite aussi de citronnade l’après midi. Léo a été un hôte remarquable connaissant la ville et la région parfaitement pour donner les meilleurs bons plans! Toujours sympa, simple, disponible et très concerné! Il y a aussi Augustin le gardien de nuit très présent et serviable.

Super atmosphère
Pros:

Les très bons conseils de Léo culturels, pratiques... l'ambiance très cool de l'hôtel un petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de fruits et un chocolat au lait super. Allez-y les yeux fermés.

So fun and charming. I can't wait to return!
Pros:

One of the nicest stays ever! I felt so welcome and taken care of. I even got to meet other travelers staying in the hotel because the staff creates a warm and friendly space in the lobby. The breakfast is perfect and always made me feel so ready for the day. Plus, you have to check out the whole space including the gardens and roof to relax among of the trees and the hammocks. Just so charming and welcoming!

Se um dia eu voltar a Mérida, não tenho dúvidas de que ficarei neste hotel novamente.
Pros:

O hotel é bem localizado (aproximadamente 600m da praça central) e o prédio é muito aconchegante: decoração alegre, muitas plantas, área de convívio comum muito confortável. Leo e Agustín, que nos receberam, foram perfeitos. Extremamente solícitos e simpáticos, recebíamos diariamente a programação cultural da cidade por WhatsApp além de diversas dicas de passeios e restaurantes.

Piacevole sosta in locanda caratteristica

Struttura molto accogliente, tantissime piante ovunque, sia all'interno che all'esterno, molto bello. Sia Augustin che Leo sono super gentili e prodighi di informazioni. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la possibilità di fare colazione alle 5 del mattino prima di prendere il volo, è raro poterlo fare. Camera accogliente e pulita, con affaccio sulla terrazza/giardino condivisa con le altre camere. Situato in una piazza silenziosa, non si sente il traffico della città. Letti comodi, wifi ben funzionante

Pros:

Le propriétaire de l’hôtel, Léo, est extrêmement serviable et est aux petits soins pour ses clients. Il nous a donné une mine d’informations sur Mérida (restaurants, événements, lieux à voir, cenotes…). L’hôtel est très bien placé et très agréable.

Small family run hotel, superb customer service.
Pros:

We were easy walking distance from activities, bars, restaurants. The hotel owner, Leo, was a wonderful host. Very hospitable, full of great recommendations for trips, restaurants, local events. The continental style breakfasts were perfect for us, including great fruit plates.

Cons:

There wasn't much not to like about our stay.

Pros:

Das kleine Hotel ist charmant und gemütlich, außerdem sehr gut gelegen. Perfekt sauber. Gutes Frühstück. Das Beste aber ist der Besitzer Leo, der jederzeit bei allen Fragen oder Problemen behilflich war, Informationen gesucht oder Telefonate für uns geführt hat. Täglich schickt er Links zu touristischen Events. Einfach toll. Wir haben uns Zuhause gefühlt. Auch das restliche Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Pros:

Se passate da Merida, vi consiglio di alloggiare in questo hotel : il centro è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi e le stanze sono confortevoli e molto pulite. Più di tutto ci ha stupito la gentilezza e la disponibilità di Leo, che ci ha consigliato le cose più carine da vedere , i luoghi in cui si mangia bene e tutti gli eventi serali che si sarebbero tenuti durante la nostra permanenza . Ci siamo sentiti coccolati e ci ha fatto sentire a casa.
Ci ritornerei ad occhi chiusi!

Léo est un hôte exceptionnel, avec une qualité de service incroyable. Ses conseils quotidiens sur les restaurants, les cénotes et les activités à Mérida ont été d’une aide précieuse et ont complètement transformé notre séjour. Il y avait toujours quelqu’un de disponible à l’hôtel 24h/24 en cas de besoin, ainsi que de l’eau à disposition, ce qui est très appréciable. Nous avons adoré Mérida, et c’est en grande partie grâce à Léo !

We loved our stay at Hotel La Piazzetta!
Pros:

We loved it so much we came back for a second time on our way back to the airport! Leo was so helpful with recommendations for places to eat, cultural events and travel. The room was the cleanest I’ve ever seen. The breakfast was delicious, with a great assortment of fresh fruit! The location was great, facing a nice park and an easy walk to downtown. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Due notti a Merida da sogno
Pros:

Un’autentica casa messicana, accogliente e ospitale.
Posizione super centrale, struttura pulita e ottimo gusto nell’arredamento, molto autentico e curato.
La colazione con brioche, yoghurt, frutta fresca the o caffè è buonissima! Il personale in reception é molto disponibile ad aiutare gli ospiti in qualsiasi momento con consigli sulla città e le escursioni.

absolutely amazing stay!
Pros:

Everything was absolutely perfect!
We felt at home from the very first moment in this lovely family hotel.
Leo is amazing, always helpful, full of great tips, and he helped us organize the rest of our trip in Mexico.
Whenever we needed something, he found a solution right away.
Thank you so much for this wonderful experience!

Cons:

Just a small note: as in many places in the region, there can be some mosquitoes in the open areas. It didn’t take away from our wonderful stay.
