Pros:

This is a wonderful hotel, it's extremely clean and very comfortable. The staff are all so kind, welcoming, helpful and courteous. It has lovely decor in the downstairs cafe; lots of plants and Mexican crafts. Leo, the manager, sends recommendations every day for the cultural events that are on each day in Merida. I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent
Pros:

Super accueil de la part de Leo et de son équipe. Beaucoup de conseils avisés pour visiter la région et bonnes adresses où manger et sortir à Merida. Hôtel très agréable, beaucoup de plantes, et bien situé à deux pas du centre-ville. Chambre propre et confortable, très bon matelas.

Pros:

Breakfast simple but good - lots of freshly prepared fruit. The owner Leo was super-helpful with local directions, places to eat & visit plus entertainment venues. It made for a very enjoyable stay.

Pros:

Warm en hartelijk ontvangst. Voelden ons zeer welkom. Veel informatie gekregen over wat er te doen is, daardoor leuke en bijzondere dingen gezien. Schone en fijne kamers. Ruimschoots gratis parkeergelegenheid voor de deur. Echt een aanrader!

We really enjoyed our stay here
Pros:

Perfect location (10minutes to all major sightseeing spots and food in town). Very helpful and responsive staff. Beautiful balcony and garden. Spacious and clean room (go for garden-view rooms if you want it quieter). Breakfast was amazing.

Pros:

Accueil très chaleureux. Le proprio Léo et le personnel nous ont traitées aux petits soins. Excellents déjeuners adaptés au goût des clients. Chambre très propre, nettoyée tous les jours. Hôtel situé à 10 minutes à pied du centre historique de Mérida.

Coup de coeur !
Pros:

Charmant hôtel où tout est confortable, propre et proche de tout. Il y a de l'eau chaude.
Le propriétaire Leo est adorable, drôle, hyper disponible et serviable (il est français). Chaque jour il vous envoi de super recommandations d'activités gratuites à faire ou à voir dans Mérida. Il nous a recommandé un tour de plusieurs cenotes et gros coup de coeur car nous étions seul à chaque cenote.
Très bon petit déjeuner. Merci à Augustín aussi (employé de nuit) qui a été super serviable et toujours avec le sourire.

Cons:

Manque juste un petit frigo dans la chambre qui permettrait d'avoir de l'eau fraîche à tout moment. Cela dit, chaque soir (possible même en journée) nous avions droit à une petite bouteille d'eau fraîche 😊

Tolles Hotel mit perfektem Gastgeber und super Lage!
Pros:

Leo ist ein super hilfsbereiter und netter Gastgeber, schickt einem täglich Tipps zu Events in der Stadt, organisiert Ausflüge und man kann ihn alles fragen, Lage ist top, zentral und trotzdem ruhig, man fühlt sich sicher, alles sauber, Zimmer wird täglich gemacht, kostenloses Trinkwasser.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war leider etwas einfach: Obst mit Joghurt und einem süßen Teilchen. Trotzdem ausreichend aber es gab keine Abwechslung.

This little hotel is a treasure from the past
Pros:

This is what I imagine old Merida was like. A friendly little hotel on the square, run by a group of people who genuinely care about you and truly want you to love Merida as much as they do.

Cons:

I'd prefer to focus on what i did like. The location is great; close to everything, but far enough away that it's quiet and peaceful. The staff and, particularly, the owner go out of their way to guarantee that you will have a great stay. They all went above and beyond in assuring that I enjoyed the city that they clearly love.
