Schöner Aufenthalt mit kleinen Schwächen

Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt im Hotel Schepers. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet, allerdings gibt es ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die verbessert werden könnten.

Cons:

Der Saunabereich hat uns gut gefallen, allerdings war das Eisbecken während unseres Aufenthalts nicht in Betrieb. Etwas negativ fanden wir auch, dass für Badeschlappen 2 € pro Paar berechnet wurden. Das kennen wir aus anderen Hotels häufig als kostenlosen Service.

Die Höhe der Dusche lässt sich nicht verstellen und die Beleuchtung kann nicht zentral ausgeschaltet werden, sodass man die einzelnen Lichtquellen separat bedienen muss.

Die Rezeption ist nur bis 20 Uhr besetzt. Das war für uns jedoch kein Problem, da der Zugang mit der Zimmerkarte möglich ist und eine spätere Anreise nach Absprache ebenfalls organisiert werden kann.

Das Frühstück war gut, für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel hätten wir uns allerdings noch etwas mehr erwartet. Auch das Leitungswasser hatte für uns einen ungewohnten Beigeschmack.

Sehr nettes Personal und tolles Frühstück. Das Zimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut!

Cons:

Unser Zimmer ist wirklich in die Jahre gekommen. Leider befand es sich direkt über dem Restaurant, sodass es relativ laut war.

uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet

Cons:

locatie aanduiding. Gronau in het navigatie systeem heeft meerdere aanduidingen. hierdoor kun je naar een verkeerde locatie worden gestuurd nml een boerderij op ongeveer 7 km afstand. De bewoner daar gaf aan dat vaker mensen voor het hotel op zijn erf terecht komen.

Goed ontvangst, mooie kamer, daarna heerlijk gegeten in het restaurant en een mooie rustige nacht gehad. de volgende ochtend een perfect ontbijt heerlijk op het terras in het zonnetje! We komen zeker terug!
