The location was apt to travel around the surrounding areas.

Cons:

When we arrived, there were not enough toiletries provided. The room was cleaned the next day even when we had been out of the room all day. Before leaving for the day, we had asked for some water and toilet paper as we ran out of them and they hadn't bothered to replace them before giving us the room. When we came back at 11 pm, we still had no water and toiletries. The kettle had wires coming out, when you turned it on, it kept boiling the water until you switched it off. The AC seemed like it wasn't serviced properly, took ages to cool down the room. The tv wasn't working properly. Once you click a couple of buttons, it keeps freezing and would stop working.

Great value for money and pleasant reception staff.
Pros:

Very pleasant and receptive staff. Rahul was excellent. He helped me book my train ticket to Udaipur and gave me some great tips.

Cons:

Be careful of searching for Ginger hotel when u booking a cab to arrive. There are at least 4 Ginger hotels in Ahmedabad. I booked my taxi to the wrong one.

The hotel facilities are very poor and the property is not at all maintained. The essentials also we need to ask for. Quality of moisturiser and other essentials was very bad like local one.
