Front desk service in our first day was amazing
During a 7-night stay, the room was cleaned only once; I had to ask several times for my trash to be taken out because they didn't come every two days as they were supposed to

Great price , great customer service and really clean
Room was comfortable but they layout was weird.
No bathtub, only a shower. The room layout had the bed beside tge bathroom, so when laying in bed you can't help but look into the bathroom.

Clean and Quiet
I did not like that we were charged $25.00 to get in our room that was ready. It was 2:00 and official check in was 3:00. I know it was 1 hour but the room was ready. My husband has health issues and needed to lay down. I checked the website. No notice was there about extra charges. The desk clerk said it was new and it $25.00 an hour therefore we owed an additional $25.00. I would have waited but my husband need to rest. We had other family coming there for a wedding in town. I picked the hotel & everyone else booked rooms. 6 rooms total.

A little outdated decor but it wasn’t terrible

The so called “free” breakfast sucks. Or maybe it is the person taking care of the kitchen just doesn’t care. Ran out of coffee, eggs, yogurt, mix for waffles….with an hour to go being served. May not be everyday, but this happened to me.
Location was good & staff was very nice
Slightly small room & very small bathroom for the price. Bathroom had water damage to sink where paint was peeling as well as some of the paint on the walls was peeling.
