The staff was helpful but very new. Toilet was out of adjustment and presented some problems but wasn't a big deal on with all the other things that was excellent
This is a fabulous hotel. My wife and I stayed in the Egypt suit and it was fully loaded with a sauna, shower and a great tub. We felt like we were on our second honeymoon! It really did feel like we were in the tomb of a pyramid. We highly recommend!
I have used this property numerous times. I don't travel much therefore this is a great place to "get away" locally.
We were in the Alaska themed room. Very spacious and reminded me of our visit to Alaska last week! Staff at check in was so friendly and helpful! The bed is very comfy and the room is dark. Breakfast is delivered in the morning! Love this place!

This is a unique hotel. The rooms are amazing, and all different. They are spacious and quirky, comfy beds, excellent jacuzzi bath. Staff are friendly and helpful, the included breakfast and extras were a pleasant surprise. Close to centre of Idaho falls, easy to find and places to explore.

Fun property with themed rooms. We chose the Hawaii room, which had a waterfall shower and large soaking jacuzzi tube, as well as tropical island decor. Very nice. Comfortable bed. Steps in the room - so not good for those with mobility issues. Nice tv with streaming options included. Fridge and microwave; breakfast included with some choice and delivered to the room if you chose. Easy parking nearby. Walkable to restaurants downtown and the falls. (Quite cold and windy the day we visited, but still walkable.) Helpful and nice staff.

Railroad sounds in the morning
Late night check in was slightly confusing but the after hours number was prompt to answer and give more clear instructions. Such a beautiful family owned business and one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It was clean and quiet and so worth the money. Personalized touches were so thoughtful and breakfast delivered to the room in the morning was a huge perk! 10/10 would stay here again.
