The staff and Management team were very helpful and looked after me as being a solo traveler and first time Burundi .

The facility lacked some important features. Internet was very poor as it could not be accessed for most of the time. Secondly the rooms didn’t have television. Thirdly, there were no drinking water in the rooms. One had to always ask water from the reception. Fourth, breakfast was boring. The only menu was about fruits, bread and eggs. No choice for other type of food. Lastly, the rooms didn’t have provisions for tea or coffee. Generally I didn’t find value for money. In this age, it is an insult to go to a hotel with no basic amenities like television and internet. Some of my friends relocated to other places because they were not happy with substandard services at this hotel. I remained because I had no choice because I paid for all my days.
