Basic. Breakfast just ok. Location is not the best, need a car. Price could have been cheaper for what I got. Overall is ok-good stay.

The facilities are decent, however, WiFi internet access kept dropping. Hopefully, the owners will fix this problem properly. The neighboring rooms are not soundproof. One can hear exactly what others are doing. Please keep this mind if feeling amorous. The breakfast was better than average and plentiful. The workers are nice and accommodating. Parking space is a bit tight but almost all of Thailand is this way and sometimes worse. I would also like to suggest to the hotel that cleaning the bathroom with Haiter (bleach) will kill mold without having to scrub.

Small budget hotel with nothing to complain. Walkable distance to the start point of Khonkaen international marathon.

The hotel was exceptionally clean with interesting decor. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I left a coat behind in my room they delivered it to me at the airport, would not accept payment.

So comfortable and spacious large room. Modern design esp. Clean! Breafast was few kind that thai people prefer but for us it was enough and neat. Parking lot was enough but for waking travelers this hotel was located quite inside. And around there's nothing. But i will come backto here whenever visit khonkaen

Hotel is a little distance from the Khon Kaen city itself, however all taxi / tuk-tuk drivers seem to know where it is. There is a songthaew from the main road to the city (ten mins journey) and there are some good local restaurants if you don't want to travel into the city to eat.

The facilities are ok - a very basic breakfast (included) and some snacks/drinks you can buy from reception, there is a also a nice gym on the top floor if you want to exercise (the university is also very close which has some good routes for joggers). I don't think there are laundry facilities but if you go around the corner you can do your washing in a machine for 20 baht in a mam/pap shop.

The room was large, decor ok, plenty of plug sockets, wifi included (generally stable) and even some non-Thai TV channels (including BBC news). Minor quibbles are that the walls seem very thin so I could hear next door's TV very clearly and the shower wasn't very hot but these are very small points. Room/hotel was very clean throughout, incidentally.

I extended my stay and would stay here again if in KK. Perfect if you don't mind staying a little distance away from the city.

har bokat vistelse på samma hotell nio dgr till, p.g.a. att det är ett bra hotell. Utmärkt frukost och vänligt bemötande.
