Hotel im Bahnhof Passau

Clean, cheap and convenient close to citycenter of ,the nice gem city, Passau.
Very friendly people managing.
But obviously its right close to the trains and you need to keep the windows open.

Die Lage ist hervorragend u das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis passt gut.

Veldig enkel standard. Det var vanskelig å finne inngangen til hotellet. Vi skulle videre med tog neste dag, så det var greit å overnatte på jernbanehotellet.

Hotel was very dated. Two of us had a room with two twin beds. The hallway leading up to the room smelled very musty and was very dark. The room itself was okay and good enough for one overnight stay. Although right next to the railway our room was facing the street and it was much more quiet than expected. Location next to the railway station was great. Good value for Passau.

What happened to my husband and I seems unreal and should never happen!!

So we booked this hotel thru Hotels.com and we should have spent just one night there. We arrived late because of a bus delay and found out that there was no check in after 9pm!!! (unreal for a hotel that is supposed to be 3*)!!! No message on the door to tell us where we might have found the key, but even worse, no phone number..!!!
So we had no choice and paid another hotel nearby... this is nothing compare to what comes next.... the morning after I went with my husband to this hotel and found the owner and his wife in the restaurant attached to this “hotel”, I told him that I couldn’t get in touch with him the evening before and that he should have left a message with a number somewhere and what was his reaction???
He raised his houlders and very arrogantly said “I DON’T CARE!”, when I answered “what did you say, you don’t care?? Fine I’ll talk with Hotel .com about this, he put his hands on me!!!! He violently pushed me on my face and hurt my teeth on the process!! Yelling “get out right now!!!”, so my husband told him not to touch me and so he started to violently pushing him out too! He was about to hit him when his wife tried to stop him but he just kept pushing us out!!!!! This has never happened to me or to anybody I know!! This person has absolutely no control of himself and the last think he should do is having to deal with custumers all day long!!! I hope that Hotels.com does something.

Für die Rückfahrt aus Wien per Eisenbahn mit Rädern und Gepäck war das Hotel ideal gelegen. Der PKW stand nebenan im Parkhaus Bahnhofstraße. Die Nachtruhe war trotz bahnseitiger Lage gegeben. Die Höhe der Duschwanne war gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Für ein oder zwei Nächte sehr gut geeignet. Nichts für Menschen mit sehr leichtem schlaf aber sonst für den Preis sehr genügend

Wenn man keine besonderen Anforderungen an Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten stellt, ist diese Hotel ideal, weil direkt im Bahnhofsgebäude gelegen sowie zentral in der Stadt. Zimmer sauber, karg möbliert, jedoch für eine Nacht ausreichend. Züge sind bei geschlossenen Fenstern kaum zu hören. Die Frühstückszeit ab 9 Uhr ist der einzige Nachteil, wurde deshalb von uns auch nicht in Anspruch genommen.
Zusammengefasst: Günstig, sauber und zentral gelegen.

Sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis

Eine Stadtbesichtigung und anschliessend Flusskreuzfahrt.

Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum und man erreicht die Stadtmitte zu Fuß sehr schnell. Ein Einkaufszentrum ist auch in der Nähe, sowie ein Kino etc. Die Zimmer liegen im ersten Stock und sind nur über eine relativ steile Treppe erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind nach Außen hin gut schallisoliert, jedoch innen hört man nahezu alles. Unser Zimmer hatte eine für den Preis vernünftige Ausstattung mit Kühlschrank und bequemen, eher weichen Betten und verhältnismäßig viel Platz. Leider gibt es nur Einzelbetten und kein Doppelbett, aber die Betten ließen sich gut zusammenschieben. Die Sauberkeit war ok,aber nicht perfekt. Der Boden hätte sauberer sein können und die Wände benötigen auch mal einen neuen Anstrich. Das Bad war ok,aber das Gebläse zog immer die ganze Wärme raus. Generell hat es sehr lange gedauert,bis es halbwegs warm war.

Unser Zimmer war in Ordnung. Leider hatte das Zimmer unserer Freunde viele Fehler. Abgerissene Kleiderhaken. Kein Schrank. Gardinen waren z.T. abgerissen. Kein schöner Anblick.

Dans une ville historique , en bordure du Danube, à pied, et dans un cadre ancien les commodités essentielles sont présentes pour un pris excellent, à condition de bien admettre les contraintes : nous sommes dans les bâtiments de la gare. Parking à proximité, mais difficile de prendre un petit déjeuner le matin (pas ouvert avant 9 heures).

A good experience was marred by there being no hot water on the first night and next morning. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Bahnhof restaurant was in the same building together with two bakeries and news outlet. Easy walking distance to central Passau.

No Air Condition, very loud, would not stay there again.

It is in the train station, noisy and terrible. No elevator, no service, no air conditioner, it should be removed from the Expedia list. It is a shame.

Great location right in the train station, convenient if you are travelling by train. Owners (Mr & Mrs Stark) are very helpful. Bicycles could be kept indoors under cover.
