Nicht für diesen Preis buchen und alles für ok halten was angeboten wird!
Pros:

Neu Renoviert aber nicht perfekt

Cons:

Hotel war geschlossen und der Eigentümer war unterwegs. Reinigungskraft ohne Deutsche oder Englische Sprachkenntnisse öffnet nach 15 Minuten und so lange standen wir in der Kälte und Nieselregen . Das Zimmer war sehr kalt und der Heizkörper war sehr klein für die Zimmergröße und mit Vorhängen zuerst nicht wahrnehmbar. Wir haben sehr gefroren und lange keine Möglichkeit gesehen dies zu ändern. (Wir haben dann den Heizkörper freigelegt und trotzdem hat es Stunden gedauert bis es endlich bemerkbar wurde) Am Morgen wurden wir um zwischen 7 und 7: 30 Uhr mehrfach mit sehr lautem Klopfen an der Tür ( Tür Zimmer 3 schließt nicht korrekt/ vollständig wenn man nicht nachhilft) geweckt um am Frühstück teilzunehmen was wir nicht gebucht hatten. Beim duschen hatte ich nach kurzer Zeit den großen Duschraum überflutet weil der Abfluss nicht funktionierte / verstopft war. Leider kann ich das Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen. Sorry auf den Bilder und Angaben im Internet war die Unterkunft welches sich ein Hotel bezeichnet das Geld nicht wert!!! Nie Mals wieder!!! Vorsicht genau nachfragen was gerade Hotel Rhein und Parkplätze Jahreszeiten so an Ausreden für den Besitzer zulassen…..!!!!👀🥳

Schickes und zentral gelegens Hotel direkt am Rheinufer. Top Lage - Empfehlung
Pros:

Schickes kleines und gemütliches Hotel direkt am Rhein gelegen. Durch das Stadttor kommt man sofort in die Altstadt, in der man gut und gerne die zahlreichen Restaurants besuchen kann. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut.

Hier komme ich gerne wieder hin.

Super Lage, aber das war auch schon alles
Pros:

Die Lage ist super, direkt am Rhein und die Altstadt ist um die Ecke. Gegen Aufpreis hatte ich ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Rhein.

Cons:

Rezeption durchgehend nicht besetzt, zum Check in muss nan anrufen und warten. Vorauszahlung nicht möglich, kurz vor Check out klopft jemand ans Zimmer zum Zahlen, sehr strange und keine Rechnung. Der Eingang ist abgeschlossen, wenn man das Hotel verlässt, muss man darauf hoffen, dass jemand zum öffnen da ist. Immerhin hatte ich fa Glück, da ich nicht spät abends unterwegs war. Auf den ersten Blick wirkt das Zimmer zweckmäßig freundlich, bei näherem Hinsehen gibt es viele schmutzige Ecken. Der Knaller waren der völlig verdreckte Stöpsel im Waschbecken, die Heizung und der verrostete Mülleimer. Trotz der schönen Lage werde ich das Hotel nie wieder buchen.

Lovely stay and excellent customer service across from the Rhine
Pros:

Panorama Hotel Rheinkrone was a lovely stay near the Rhine in Andernach. First off, the staff were wonderful and the customer service was excellent. The room was large and had everything we needed including a fan. In the evening, there was a nice breeze and we opened the window with the curtains closed. With the fan, we were very comfortable. The room was very clean had nice places to set luggage. I also enjoyed the art throughout the halls. The location is excellent and just across the street from a walking and bike path and the Rhine. We enjoyed walking and running on the paths. Andernach is just on the other side of the hotel and we enjoyed the restaurants, gelato, and shops in town. From Andernach, we visited the area by train including Koblenz and Castle Eltz. The hotel is a short 15 minute walk from the train station. It was such a great value for the cost. All was wonderful and we had such a lovely stay!
