Clean and quiet room but seriously lacking amenities
Pros:

Room was clean and quite spacious. Everything in good condition. Our room was next to the beach road but still quiet. Fridge is small but sufficient. Swimming pool looked good but we didn't use it. Only if everything else didn't suck, this hotel could easily be rated higher.

Cons:

Water pressure near zero. Difficult to wash. Water heater is disabled at night -- only cold showers after coming back for sleep!!
Wifi is a joke. They gave us a single password that only works for one device. Sometimes the wifi is completely unprotected and becomes very slow.
Road-side entrance is locked after midnight. Need to walk down the narrow street, avoiding cars and bikes, to the reception, then enter the private yard and walk the same street down the opposite direction to get to your room.
Window can be opened but it cannot be locked.
They tried to falsely charge us for some minibar stuff but accepted when I told them we didn't use any.
