The hotel staff was very cooperative and the food was delicious and the hotel location near to golden temple is only 800 meter only 10 min walking distance

The accessibility for food and other stuff is great .
The Hotel is having all very old amenities. Very old TV units and bathroom accessories.
Poor wifi and mobile signal is not available all part of hotel, even inside the room it's not proper.
Break fast is just name sake with repetitive dishes every day. Need to refresh the menu.

Cleanliness facilities broken breakfast late
It was a great stay, good air conditioning and food options (including options if you do not feel like having indian food). The hotel has been well furbished and all fittings work well (other indian hotel ive been to usually had something faulty or not well installed) and were well kept, such as taps being polished well.
Staff were great, fruendly laundry and housekeeping. The general manager was pleasent and welcoming, he went over and beyond as a host. I liked the hotel was so near to the golden temple and with sweet shops and a pharmacy nearby (I had a cold and got something from there).
The beds were comfy and very clean, and i quite liked the selection of complementary teas and coffees.

Requested for airport pick up however pick jup fid not appear. Had to make a few calls to check n finally staff arranged for Uber. Uber refused pick

In the heart of amritsar bazaar with the hustle and bustle of India.
Breakfast was ok and the location was very good for walking to the sights such as Golden Temple etc.
In the room description it said "balcony with city view". The only view was across the road to the derelict building opposite.
There was building work continuing during my stay which l was not warned about. It did not affect me while in the room but public area were hazardous with building materials lying about and noxious smells from chemicals being used.
