Generally a very pleasant stay. Nice welcome (and check-out). Nice size double room with small balcony overlooking the lovely outside grounds. Good quiet location, close to many restaurants, small shops and and a supermarket within a short walking distance. Good inexpensive breakfast with decent choice. Overall very good value-for-money. Will definitely come back when visiting Khon Kaen!
Only one small "niggle" is that there are no electric sockets on either side of the bed which is impractical for charging phones for example. But it wasn't a big deal!

The air conditioner was old, dysfunctional and very noisy - it ruined everything good about this hotel
Location is not far from the airport and city center. Room is clean and comfortable.
Lift is too old but OK
The location was very good for our purposes. The duck pond was nice. One lady at the reception was helpful.
I didn't like the space in the door paneling that allowed anyone outside the room to look into our room.
I didn't like the incredible amount of noise generated throughout the night by other guests in the hotel.
I didn't like a drunk hotel guest trying to barge into the room during the night.
I didn't like the breakfast.
And in sum, I don't think a hotel should call itself a resort if it doesn't have a swimming pool or a restaurant, or any other facility apart from the basic.

The service was good, the staff was very kind, the room is also very spacious and very clean, all in all we had a very nice stay.
