Cons:

Das Zimmer war ungemütlich ohne Fenster. Der Duschvorhang ist geschimmelt… Sehr unangenehmer Geruch…. Zimmer konnte nicht gewechselt werden, somit sind wir frühzeitig ausgecheckt.. Im Treppenhaus wurde geraucht, es war insgesamt ein sehr unangenehmer Aufenthalt

Location and the staff were good

Cons:

Being put on 13th floor and there not being a balcony. Also had to go up stairs from the 12 th floor. The tv didnt work and it was out of action for the week i stayed

niet tevreden
Pros:

inchecken ging vlot, na een uur merkte ik dat de koelkast niet afkoelde maar opwarmde. toen ik dit melde aan de receptie kreeg ik te horen dat dit normaal is in hotel azura. ook de regendouche werkte niet. deze defecten werden tijdens mijn 3 daagse verblijf niet gerepareerd

các trang bị của phòng không có tác dụng (như tủ lạnh không lạnh không mát, ti vi không hoạt động), phòng tắm dùng hoàn toàn vách và cửa kính, nhưng màn che thì không đủ kích thước gây bất tiện trong sinh hoạt cá nhân
