Would recommend for a cheap short stay
Pros:

Big bed, good AC, good location, let us store our bags the day we left

Cons:

We were on the 13th floor even though the lift only goes to floor 12. No windows but we had read that in reviews. Room had a smokey, dingey kind of smell

Very good value and probably ny best stay in Vietnam.
Pros:

Location - just behind the main esplanade road with a city view.
The room was very well designed with balcony, floor to ceiling window and a table and chair to sit at.
It had wifi, TV and kettle cotton sheets and towels and a nice clean bathroom.

It was cheap but very poor quality.
Pros:

Bathroom shower splashed water everywhere, there was no floor mat in the bathroom and the towels were very thin.

Cons:

There was a kettle but no tea or coffee or cups to use. The fridge did need t work and neither did the safe.

I would not recommend to friends.
Pros:

No much to like

Cons:

Fridge is not working.
There is no soap in the bathroom.
Bed sheets are torn.

Tiện nghi trong phòng quá nghèo nàn, trải nghiệm tệ, sẽ không ghé lại.
Pros:

Vị trí ngay trung tâm, gần biển, gần nhiều của hàng tiện ích

Cons:

Phòng trên tầng 13 nhưng thang máy chỉ tới tầng 12 nên phải leo bộ 1 tầng, đèn hành lang bị hư nên tối thui. Phòng có tivi nhưng không xài được, không có trà, cafe. Không có mền mà chỉ là miếng vải mỏng trải làm mền. Nói chung tiện nghi quá tệ.

There is a fake window in the room. One window opens to the hallway with an ashtray right underneath. No fresh air. The room smelt like cigarettes. The receptionist would not move the ashtray when asked, they were rude and dismissive when questioned about the misleading window. I would stay elsewhere.

Das Zimmer war ungemütlich ohne Fenster. Der Duschvorhang ist geschimmelt… Sehr unangenehmer Geruch…. Zimmer konnte nicht gewechselt werden, somit sind wir frühzeitig ausgecheckt.. Im Treppenhaus wurde geraucht, es war insgesamt ein sehr unangenehmer Aufenthalt

Location and the staff were good

Cons:

Being put on 13th floor and there not being a balcony. Also had to go up stairs from the 12 th floor. The tv didnt work and it was out of action for the week i stayed
