Well placed good value hotel.
Pros:

The location was perfect for me as it is set back off a main road so close to amenities. It is just back from the main beach road so close to the beach but at a budget price.
The staff were nice and helpful.
There is a free room to leave luggage between room changes.
Good city view.

Cons:

I was expecting a balcony but my room was changed but I was given a discount.
