Would recommend.
Pros:

Service was great. Excellent in fact.

Cons:

The one single problem is a very lukewarm water service, basically room-temperature water, even when on hottest setting. Other customers had the same experience. I understand this is necessary to save money for the business, but I recommend turning the heat up even a few degrees. Everything else about the stay was great.

Great place to stay and a good value for the money.
Pros:

This was a good place to stay in Pattaya. It's located in a quiet neighborhood which is a good thing with all the hustle and bustle in Pattaya. The place was very clean and the property was well kept.

Cons:

Everything was hard. I think this is the standard in Thailand, but the bed, furniture and outside seating weren't very comfortable. All hard surfaces that I don't think westerners are accustomed to. Have to say, though, that I liked the place enough to return to it.

Pros:

We chose it because it was close to the golf resort where a music festival was taking place. Just wanted an overnight stay. It was a very spacious little bungalow type thing. Cheap and cheerful. Cafe across the road was very limited. Ordered breakfast via Grab.

Cons:

Not the sort of place to stay for a holiday though, unless you want to be away from Pattaya town, and let's face it, who wouldn't. For a holiday, choose one of the nice resorts on the coast away from town.
