Overpriset og elendig service på personalet.
Pros:

Beliggenhet rett ved togstasjonen. Grei seng.

Cons:

Altfor dyrt!! Betalte 400 euro per natt for dette budget hotellet. Lite informative og lite interessert personale. Var ikke tilstede noen ganger og lite hjelpsomme.

Zimmer zu klein
Zimmer schmutzig
Heizung hat nicht funktioniert - dafür konnte ich mir selber einen elektrischen Heizstrahler aufstellen
Das Zimmer war gleich neben einer Terrasse (sehr laut und jeder hat in mein Zimmer schauen können)

Pros:

Easy to find, friendly and helpful staff, decent room fittings. Breakfast was good, but a bit odd in that it wasn't sited within the hotel.

Cons:

Quite expensive for what you get - but Maastricht is an expensive town.

Hotel für Kurztrip geeignet, gute Matratze
Pros:

Die Größe des Zimmers sowie das Frühstück waren ok, ebenfalls die Lage.
Sehr gute Matratze.

Cons:

Ich habe für das EZ den gleichen Preis gezahlt wie meine Freunde für ein DZ, die Nacht ca. 200€.
Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers ließ zu wünschen übrig.
Bahnhofsumgebung laut, Zimmer sehr hellhörig.

Perfekt hotel om man bara vill använda hotellet för att sova på . på till en vettig peng
Pros:

Boendet ligger precis vid centralstationen så
det är perfekt att bli av med sina väskor direkt
Vänlig personal

Cons:

Saknade en del på frukosten men annars inget direkt man var missnöjd med, finns ett frukosthaak mellan hotellreceptionen och rummet man äter frukost i, hade nog testet den nästa gång

Het was kort bij het centrum

Cons:

Het personeel vond mijn reservatie eerst niet en bleef dit zeggen uit eindelijk vind ze de reservatie en zegt het personeel dat er dubbel is geboekt wat niet zo was ik heb voor het aankomen meerdere keren gemaild en gebelt naar het hotel om te checken dat alles in orde was voor het verblijf
als we uiteindelijk op de kamer komen is de kamer over vuil overal ligt stof en de grond ook terwijl online staat dat er elke dag wordt gekuisd.
Dan werkt de kluis niet we hebben onze waardevolle spullen daar ingelegd met te denken dat deze kluis in orde is de kluis bleef zeggen dat het de fout code was ook al was dit niet en bleef op error gaan en is meerder keren geblokkeerd geweest Waar door onze spullen een hele dag/nacht hier inzaten dus in het algemeen waren we niet te vreden over de kamer/hotel
