Pros:

Персоналът беше много усмихнат и услужлив

Cons:

Престоят ни не мина особено приятно поради няколко причини: снимките не отговарят на реалността, пише че имат частен паркинг, а всъщност имат няколко места пред хотела на улицата, което за голям град като Истанбул не предполага безопасност на колата. Пристигнахме късно и стаята, в която ни настаниха на единия прозорец точно срещу улицата нямаше плътно перде и буквално всичко се виждаше. Преместиха ни в друга стая, беше много мръсно и износено, по чаршафите имаше мръсни петна, нямаше никаква топла вода. Това за мен бяха основните проблеми. На другата сутрин ни преместиха в друга стая, която най-накрая беше хубава. Закуската беше пародия. Като цяло хотела дава вид на приятно място, но трябва да се обърне внимание на чистотата, закуската и топлата вода в хотела, защото съотношението цена качество не отговарят в момента. Персоналът все пак се постара да компенсира за неудобството, за което благодаря.

Sehr empfehlenswert im IST zu erkunden
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist super zentral gelegen um Istanbul zu erkunden. Man ist in unmittelbarer Nähe am Galata Turm. Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer auf den Bosporus war sehr schön. Besonders beeindruckt haben uns die äußerst freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter, egal ob tagsüber oder mitten in der Nacht. Es ist sauber und bietet einen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel.

Pros:

Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt im The Biancho Hotel Pera und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt, nur wenige Gehminuten von der Galata-Turm, der Istiklal-Straße und vielen Restaurants, Cafés sowie der Metro entfernt. Man kann Istanbul von hier aus ideal erkunden.

Das Hotel ist modern, sehr sauber und die Zimmer sind stilvoll eingerichtet. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Jeder war jederzeit zuvorkommend, herzlich und hat sich darum bemüht, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.

Auch das Frühstück hat uns positiv überrascht: abwechslungsreich, frisch und mit einer guten Auswahl.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hervorragend. Für die Qualität des Hotels, den Service und die zentrale Lage bekommt man hier wirklich sehr viel geboten. Wir haben uns die ganze Zeit wohlgefühlt und können das Hotel jedem empfehlen, der Istanbul besucht.

Excellent hotel! The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and always helpful. Great location, delicious breakfast, and outstanding service. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Keyifli güvenli ve temiz bir konaklamaydı.
Pros:

Oda tertemizdi, çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi, konum olarak merkezi bir yerde olduğu için ulaşım çok kolay oldu. 1 gece konaklama yaptım fiyatı gayet makuldü. Tekrardan tercih edebileceğim bir otel tavsiye ederim 👍🏼

Hervorragendes Hotel in sehr guter Lage.
Pros:

Der Standort war perfekt für einen Besuch in Istanbul, von dort aus kommt man überall schnell hin. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und die Zimmer sind in einem hervorragenden und sauberen Zustand.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr guten Lage. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die freundlichen Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter. Ein besonderer Dank gilt Frau Kader, die uns jeden Morgen herzlich zum Frühstück begrüßte und uns zum Abschluss mit leckerem türkischen Kaffee verwöhnte. Auch das Reinigungspersonal war sehr fürsorglich und sympathisch. Insgesamt war das Team unglaublich hilfsbereit. Ich würde definitiv wieder buchen!
