The Biancho Hotel Pera

We were very satisfied with the hotel, the staff were very attentive, especially the young receptionist who was extremely helpful.
There was some renovation work going on at the hotel, but it didn't bother us.
I would recommend this hotel to everyone, especially as we were impressed by the view.

Apart from the scrappy breakfast, I was surprised that the hotel decided to limit the breakfast due to limited customers according to the receptionist. Also no tea, coffee is provided in the room. I wouldn't recommend staying in the hotel

otelin fotoğraflarla ve kendi internet sitesi ile hiç alakası yok. konumu mükemmel olmasına rağmen çok amatörce işletiliyor. otele yerleşip dışarı çıktığımda odama geri giremedim. nedeni ise giriş çıkış tarihlerimin sisteme hatalı girilmesi veya hiç girilmemesiydi. temizlik konusunda sıkıntılar var. ilk yerleştirildiğim odada inanılmaz bir kanalizasyon kokusu vardı, ayrıca camı kapanmıyordu. koridorda istiflnmiş yataklar vardı. tam bir batakane görüntüsüydü. ikinci odada koku sorunu yoktu ve kat daha düzgündü. ancak camları yine problemliydi. sıcak su sabahları akmıyordu. temizlik konusunda şüphelerim olduğu için kahvaltıya inmedim. kısacası konumu hariç çok kötüydü.

El hotel está todavía en obras, no había luz en el baño. una persona de recepción la que nos recibió el jueves por la noche y la que nos despidió el lunes por la tarde muy poco amable. Desayuno mejorable

I was quoted by two different staff members before my stay that 1 night for 3 people would cost me 195 tl.
On the third day of my stay I was informed by the very same staff members that the overall price of the stay had increased even though it was in writing. I had to pay additional fees for each night that I already had stayed.
We were also told that if we weren't happy to continue with our stay, they would give us one hour extra to pack our bags and leave.
It was very deceiving and disappointing.

Veldig veldig dårlig service; ingen rengjøring på tre dager/ påfyll av toalettpapir mm, til tross for at vi sa fra og ba om rommer rengjort!!

Det var helt tomt eller veldig lite igjen for endel mat og drikke ved frokosten en time før kl 10 - vi spiste der bare en gang!

Great and convenient hotel within 50m from Sishane metro station (M2) exit, if you know which exit to follow. Look for Kasimpasa exit then Refik Saydam escalator. Nice rooms but mostly not Seaview booked via this site. Tea cup and glasses only available on request. Saw a female senior receptionist at the counter who appeared to be quite condescending, to say it politely, to a guest with young children who clearly was struggling with his English. There was no need to be unfriendly which was pretty off putting for other guests who happened to be at the lobby.

The rooms are very small but it was clean. You do not have place for a soap or something else in the bath. The place is very good. if you pay 50 euro or something like this for 2 persons including breakfast then its very good but for 80 upwards you should choose a better one
