Pros:

Accessibility to all restaurants and transportation.

Cons:

I stayed for three days but my room has not been cleaned. Housekeeper only change my towels and thats it.

el hotel cuenta con muy buenas instalaciones y super ubicado

la hubicación fue excelente muy cerca de las estaciones del metro lo que facilito la movilidad

que esta muy cercano a las ventas de canavis y mucho fumador cerca de la puerta de entrada al hotel

Property cancelled my booking at last minute.

Payment was to be made at property. I notfied them I was checking in at 9pm.

Whilst on a plane to new york said property attempted to take payment from my card. Due to me making the booking well in advance said card was now inactive causing payment to decline.

In this instance the property should have waited until i arrived at the property at 9pm. Instead they cancelled my booking. Once I landed I recieved email confiming cancellation.

I called the property who were no help at all causing me to have to make another booking which cost alot more money as it was last minute.
