Very Good Location and staff!
Pros:

We loved the location of the property and how we could literally walk to everything!!! The staff was so lind and hard working!

Cons:

The only complaint I have is all the people that weren’t staying at the hotel that hang out out front of the hotel. That’s my only complaint and the hotel can’t really help that.

Hidden but Excellent City Find
Pros:

Front desk staff was friendly and kind, the concerige was helpful and suggested ideas. The room size was comfortable size and the view was spectacular. Location was excellent and price for value was perfect.

Cons:

The elevator was extremely slow, lobby area was always overcrowded.

Good location, old facilities with multiple issues related to the water, elevators and the service.
Pros:

Location, the bed

Cons:

1. Multiple and long issues with the water - one day there were no hot water, for about 1.5 days there were no water at all, without any notice. The communication around it was very poor.
2. Elevators are very busy and slow.
3. The shower experience was not good, low water pressure
4. Service could have been much better - communication of issues, follow up, overall attitude and response to questions

We had no hot water the first two days; then we had NO water, shower, or toilet use for two days of our stay; we were moved twice with having THREE different rooms during our stay!! VERY UPSET OVER THIS! We were not offered water but had to purchase out of our own pocket to brush our teeth!!! RIDICULOUS!!!
