Gostei da atenção em nos trocarem de quarto depois da 1a noite pois o nosso ar condicionado não funcionava.
A vista do meu quarto era linda. E tb quando mostrei a foto da toalha que me enxuguei toda rasgada eles viram o absurdo e acabaram nos recompensando com um café da manhã gratuito ; muito bom por sinal .
Nossas toalhas de péssima qualidade( muito finas e rasgadas) e o papel higiênico também muito rude .
Na frente do hotel ( deve fazer parte da rua) tem mesas e bancos onde fica muita gente inclusive mendigos , muita droga e um odor grande . Outro ponto : meu quarto ficou do lado da máquina de gelo e aí era barulho a madrugada inteira pois as pessoas iam lá buscar gelo .
Não tinha microondas 😔mas eu já sabia

Nello spazio antistante c’era un punto di ritrovo di persone che facevano uso di cannabis ed altro. Aggiungo però che erano per i fatti loro senza importunare nessuno. La zona era comunque presidiata dai servizi di sicurezza dell’albergo.

L’albergo era in una zona centralissima e se hai la fortuna di capitare in una camera ai piani alti hai una vista stupenda, nel nostro caso sul the edge
Il rumore, il primo giorno ci hanno dato una camera sull’ottava al decimo piano ed è stato impossibile dormire, nella seconda camera invece avevamo la macchina del ghiaccio affianco che per qualche notte ha fatto molto rumore
buena ubicación, muy cerca a la estación de metro , al time square y a la quinta avenida, la habitación cómoda pero un poco pequeña, en general , bien.
se sentía un poco inseguro la llegada en la noche por los grupos de personas que se hacían en la entrada del hotel, sería ideal que tuvieran un poco más de control en la zona de la entrada.
La habitación es muy amplia.
El hotel está al lado de una estación de metro.
La habitación estaba en el lado de las vías del tren y se oía mucho desde temprano por la mañana.
Las ventanas de la habitación no podían abrirse para ventilar.

The location was excellent for exploring New York, and the hotel was very clean throughout our six-night stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful.
With only two elevators, waiting times were quite noticeable during the busy morning hours. The public seating area outside the hotel sometimes felt less welcoming due to smoking and people lingering there, despite the presence of security, which affected the overall impression of the entrance.

Alcune prese della corrente per diversi giorni non hanno funzionato, personale disponibile ma il problema non è stato risolto subito. Anche il condizionatore aveva dei problemi (non riuscivamo a spegnerlo la prima volta che siamo entrati in camera), hanno risolto disabilitando il termostato spiegandoci come spegnere direttamente la macchina. In un paio di occasioni ho dovuto contattare o passare io in reception perché il sapone mani o bagnoschiuma/shampoo erano terminati ma durante le pulizie non erano stati ricaricati
The location is very convenient, just 2 blocks away from subway station and some of the tourist spots are walkable from the hotel. Very helpful staff and the property has guard-on-duty.
I am not comfortable with people hanging out just outside of the property. I won’t recommend it to my girlfriends especially if they will have an all-girls trip.

I had already paid for breakfast but it wasn’t in their system so on first day had to go back to room to get proof. Once this was fixed on day one their was no problem afterwards
The credit card charge hasn’t come back to me yet but apparently to that takes about 7days
