Great stay, had a business meeting and they were very helpful with letting me check in late!
Pros:

How reasonable the price was and how clean the whole building was.

Cons:

I didn’t like how randoms stands on the corner or in front of the building with masks on or just loitering.

refund for date night that I stayed due to no air-conditioning also my $50 deposit has been on hold for a very long time

The location was definitely a plus

Cons:

that the air-conditioning in my room was not working at all. The engineer came up and tried to fix it. The results of that were negative. The front desk manager that was on duty that day a gentleman. Let’s just say that I started to inform him about the air conditioning situation in that room.
The gentleman‘s reply was 100% dismissive. He may no eye contact, and I found that to be quite rude. I also informed him about my request for a refund that I sent to the manager.

Pros:

Muy bien ubicada, muchos restaurantes cerca y a pocos pasos de puntos de interés como broadway, empire state, Penn Station y la estación de bus nacional, el desayuno en el restaurante estuvo muy rico y con suficiente variedad de donde escoger, las habitaciones son muy cómodas y las mantienen muy limpias durante la estadía, tuvimos la suerte de tener un piso alto con vista al Empire State y estuvo increíble, seguramente volveremos cuando estemos por la ciudad
