Cons:

People smoking weed and vaping just outside the gate of the hotel.
There was no hot water for a more than 14 hours. I asked the staff, their response was cold and tried to talk me down. The person said that there is nothing they can do unless the engineer comes down. No regret and no apologies were provided. Guess the staff loves to talk over the guest.

No signage outside. Hard to find

Cons:

$600 for a room that 2 people couldn’t move around in. AND the water was shut off at 9 am. We were only informed upon registering

Pros:

Ubicación muy buena, cerca de Time Square, de acceso a metro y tren en Peña Station. Vistas desde la habitación (piso 35). Camas cómodas.

Cons:

Armario pequeño. Ruido exterior, a pesar de estar altos.

The rooms were a bit tired and the electrical fittings were questionable if they were up to standards. Could do with an upgrade to the lighting and carpets.

立地が便利だけど快適さはない

タイムズスクエアに近く、ロケーションは最高。周りに多くのレストラン、カフェがある。入り口にセキュリティのスタッフがいて、エレベーターも鍵がないと上がれないようになっている。チェックインとチェックアウトが混みあうけれどスピーディー。

Cons:

事前にメッセージで問い合わせを数回していたが、全く返信がなかった。
チェックインとチェックアウトが混みあうことで、逆にホテルスタッフの対応が悪い。チェックイン時に支払いをしたのにレシートを請求したら、チェックアウト時にしか出せないと言われた。ホテル前がパブリックスペースなので、ホームレスやドラッグ中毒者のたまり場になっている（警備員がいるので危険はなかった）。観光地に近く便利なので、忙しいゆえにケアが行き届いていない。洗面所の排水が悪かったり（詰まっていて流れない）、ドライヤ―が壊れていた。21階という高層にもかかわらず、真夜中の道路の工事の音が部屋まで届いた。

Schlimm, schlimm, schlimm. Vor der Hotel würde immer Marihuana geraucht. Wir waren 3 Nächte da und der Preis war übertrieben für die Lage. Es war Aufhang von der Aufzug von 9 bis 10 Uhr nicht funktioniert, aber es war am Ende den ganzen Tag. Wir haben 15 min. gewartet bis der andere Aufzug kamm. Wir waren schon zu 3x in New York, aber so eine Hotel würde ich niemandem wünschen und auch nicht empfehlen.😬

Perfect location, large room for Times Square, Friendly/Helpful Stagg
Pros:

Great location in Times Square. Friendly staff. Largest room I’m seen for Times Square (you could actually walk around and bathroom had plenty of space/storage. All of our events were within a 15 minute walk. Discounted parking when validated by hotel. Free bag check before/after check in/out. Dove body/hair care products.

Cons:

After 10:00 the security guard leaves the outside area and there are questionable people/activities in the courtyard area.
