I disliked the fact that I asked for a change of sheets and a extra towel and I wasn’t given it as I was told room service was coming up the same time as me and my girlfriend, nobody came until 10pm as we were getting ready for bed and instead of room service knocking. One of the maids tried to open the door with it locked without knocking, and left immediately as soon as it didn’t open, very creepy but asides from that the hotel was very comfortable and cozy.

Great room. No issues
Pros:

Very Nice Stay! I used my IHG cardmember free night award for this stay and was happy to find availability in the heart of NYC. Room was small but we don’t spend a lot of time in the room. It was clean and appeared to be recently renovated. Elevators are an issue in most NYC hotels so just be patient and not a big deal. Location is great for exploring NYC.

Pros:

I don't know where to start. First the area in front of the hotel is open to the public so there are drunks and people smoking weed all the time. Then the front door was broken for a couple days as well as one of two elevators. Then the elevators, there are only two elevators and that are shared between staff and guest which is unfortunate for all parties. The staff is delayed and the guys have to be in the elevator with leaking trash bags. The room seemed fine at first if a bit small but there was a corner of the room that smelled like urine the entire stay, the cleaning crew only does a very basic once over and the comforter and sheets are often dirty, I felt sick in the room and often had to go outside to feel better. The front of the hotel is a designated public area which I understand but at all hours there are teens, adults, and homeless people passed out, drinking, or vomiting on or around the benches. There was also apparently a leak downstairs so they had to come into our room on two different occasions to work on the shower and then we were told not to use it for some time. I'm sure there is a lot I am forgetting, but we rented here because my daughter had to come to NYC and this was close to where she had to go for her activity next time I'll book somewhere else even if it's further away. I would not recommend this place at all.

Pros:

This was centrally located and convenient to the places we wanted to visit. The room had a gorgeous, unblocked view of the city. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

The courtyard was a hangout spot for a lot of transient folks, people sleeping, people smoking and doing drugs. If I had young children with me, I would not have felt comfortable with the environment. I didn’t like how small and cramped the elevators were. Barely enough room for 4-5 people plus their luggage. One elevator was broken, making it extremely frustrating for guests to get places. People had to wait up to 20-30 minutes for an elevator. One out of the two entrances were operational and also closed and it varied from day to day, so it was a guessing game which one was going to open.

Great for sleeping only and short term stay.
Pros:

The city view was awesome. The staff was exceptionally friendly.

Cons:

It’s not in a safe area of Times Square. Despite having security, there are people hanging out right outside of the hotel lobby all hours of the day. I specifically asked the security guy if we were staying in a safe area and he laughed in my face.
The elevator was broken down one of the days - it resulted in a 36 minutes wait to get to the first floor. The sink was clogged and filled up with water quickly.

Odalar çok küçük valiz koyacak yer yoktu, 16 yaşında çocukla ailecek çok zorlandık, duş neredeyse odanın içindeydi, asansör hizmetliler ve müşteriler için aynıydı ve çok kalabalıktı. Her akşam kapıdaki evsizler bir olay çıkarıyordu, kusan özel bölgelerini gösteren uyuşturucu müptelası herkesi gördük, polisiye olay bile oldu otelde. Bir de 35.ci katta helikopter böceği yusufçuk camdan girip, misafirimiz oldu birgün. Odadan kovaladık.

Pros:

El personal muy amable y servicial y tiene una buena limpieza, creo que la relación precio calidad es adecuada para los costos que hay en NY.

Cons:

El personal es servicial y hacen bien su trabajo, pero está absolutamente rebasado por el escaso espacio de que disponen para atender o recibir maletas (por ejemplo). Por la misma razón los elevadores son pequeños e insuficientes. Un día falló uno (de dos) y la fila salía al exterior del establecimiento.

Localização excelente , bem pertinho da Times Square e outros pontos turisticos, lojas , etc

Cons:

Só tem 2 elevadores para atender o predio de 36 andares , cria filas pra subir e muitas vezes para descer já chega lotado no seu andar, precisa ter paciencia para esperar . Na frente do hotel tem alguns bancos que acabam sendo usados por quaisquer pessoas estranhas por sinal
