Short walk to everything in an updated place
Pros:

The location couldn’t have been better. Immediately off the ferry for my wife and I’s first time on the island, we were overwhelmed with the amount of people on the island. The bicycle in was front and center. Very easy to get in, check in, find the room. The room seemed really new. Bathroom was spotless, carpet was pristine, all great! Easy walk to anything needed on the island. Great experience all around!

Room was clean, lighting was terrible. Cheap toilet paper. Handicap access room not requested. Beds were ok. Privacy was bad.

Pros:

The shower seemed a bit unsafe, for seniors, without any type of grab bars. Showerhead also leaked causing water to leak on to the floor. The food at the Winchester was mediocre at best and severely overpriced. The morning breakfast in the room was good. A list of local restaurants would be nice. Island supplied maps some what inaccurate as to distances. Very convenient to docks. Leilani was a great source of information and very helpful. QUIET!!!

Pros:

No place to sit and play a game because all there is is fudge stores and expensive stores and no table in room. Front counter girl rude. Beds very comfortable shower amazing and nice clean rooms but nothing to do but shop
