2 Bedroom Kauai Vacation Rental

Accessible to north, east (near family) and south of island, family friendly beach, and grocery stores. A/c is only in extra den with sofa bed so main room had ceiling fan but less circulation, and with windows open, you hear more louder neighbors stomping up/down stairs & loud voices in the middle of night. A/c wasn't needed in den since near patio doors; wished a/c was in main room for temperature and outside noise control. Traffic noise wasn't too bad despite having closest room to street. Condo was clean, organized, spacious, comfy. Free parking with provided placard, & free wifi. A channel on TV provided tips for travel on the island. Bring bath towels or buy at longs down the street. Bring your own double-ply, too. A cleaning fee is charged. No maid service, so keep counters clean. We put dirty napkins or empty soda cans in fridge to keep ants away before we took out trash. Customer service/manager is honest and thorough. Overall, good stay.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this condo. The only negative was lack of central air conditioning. There was a portable A/C unit in one room, but it only kept 1/2 the living space at a comfortable temperature. The master bedroom was too warm for comfortable sleeping.

Had a great relaxing 2 weeks there. Room (apartment) had bare minimum kitchenware and only air conditioner was a portable unit that worked only in the den. Not sufficient to cool the whole apt. The location was nice to get to the beach to view spectacular sunrises each morning. Great location to get to most anywhere on the island.

Condo was clean. But no toiletries provided no AIR-CONDITIONING. No maid service. Only one blanket provided for 2 rooms.

This was not a hotel but a condo. It was advertised as two bedrooms but the second bedroom was really more of a den with a fold out couch and sliding doors to separate it from the rest of the living room. Very spacious though. Had a balcony with patio furniture too. Had full appliances - fridge, stove, microwave & dishwasher. All linens were provided. There is no housekeeping though so if you were to need more towels, you are on your own. Bring your own shampoo, etc as none are provided. Two minute walk to the beach but the beach is very rocky with rip currents so don't advise swimming. We did swim in the pool (not heated). Also note that there is no A/C, which seemed shocking for Hawaii but leaving all of the windows open with the ceiling fans ended up being sufficient.
