Cleanliness, comfortable beds
Location is very good.

Room was right next to swimming pool and hot pool, noisy
playing children till 9 pm and talking adults till 10 pm.
Very loud gurgling kitchen sink caused by water use from above room.
Constant 24 hr. road noise from nearby very noisy Island hwy bridge deck .
No breakfast just a drinks machine, cookies, and apples

The room was great. The grocery store nearby was also great.
There was no restaurant. A connected restaurant that use to be part of the hotel but had reverted to independent ownership was very disappointing.
The staff are wonderful and the property is fantastic. Very clean, has all the necessities, and great location.
