I had a room for 3 and it only had 2 towels and 1 washcloth in it and when I asked for more only got 1 of each.
When going to the pool the corner piece was broke off with nails laying on the floor that my kid almost stepped on.
I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had some concerns about cleanliness. In my initial room, there was visible mold in the bathroom shower area, as well as mold in the bedroom vent. I brought this to the staff’s attention, and they were very polite and accommodating, quickly moving me to another room.
While I appreciated the staff’s responsiveness and professionalism, the second room also had light signs of mold, which was disappointing. Cleanliness, especially regarding issues like mold, is very important for guest comfort and health.
Overall, the staff provided good customer service, but the condition of the rooms needs improvement.
It was clean. Room was nice.
Was overcharged for room. Then charged twice for a 25 dollar incidentals fee. Asked the front desk about it, they say its been happening all the time. Great!😶Also a strange jack hammering noise was coming from somewhere throughout the night causing me to wake up several times. Didn't hear it in the daytime though.

It's nice that there's coffee and tea in the lobby. They are on separate sides of the front desk. The sugar is only on the coffee stand so if you get tea you have to squeeze through the people checking in. And I booked online for a hot tub. There is no hot tub

I paid for a king suite but upon arrival there were none available, I was given a double queen instead. And it wasn’t even a suite. Pool could be warmer and the beds suck
