Pros:

It was close to wedding venue and price wasn’t bad.

Cons:

Not very clean. Very outdated. Housekeeps came in door when we weren’t expecting and never knocked on door. Just opened door then left. Odd!

Pros:

I liked that the pool was open late very helpful when traveling with kids.

Cons:

I paid for a king suite but upon arrival there were none available, I was given a double queen instead. And it wasn’t even a suite. Pool could be warmer and the beds suck

Pros:

Large, comfortable suite that was very clean. The staff was great. We couldn't get the TV remote to work and the woman from behind the desk came up and helped. The hot breakfast was fantastic, the staff kept everything hot and fresh. Best room and hotel staff we have ever had. Plus it has an indoor pool and a good size gym.

The staff was terrible. They harassed my husband and then my mother about different things. The staff yelled and cursed at family. When we were told this was going to be reported to the manager, the manager days later stated knew nothing about this.

Cons:

Pool not heated, whole reason we chose hotel. Covered in gobs of long hair every time we moved through water. Garbage under room beds. Halls and elevator dirty and smell musty. One treadmill didn’t work. 2nd loud treadmill seemed to be falling apart with a 110lb person lightly jogging. Only two dumbbells that were on floor, rusty.

Large room, Jacuzzi tub worked well and was clean. Office desk was perfect for my laptop and plenty of space for me to get my work done.
