Large room, Jacuzzi tub worked well and was clean. Office desk was perfect for my laptop and plenty of space for me to get my work done.

Pros:

They staff was very professional. The kitchen team members went above and beyond to make sure my family was happy with our meal. The continental breakfasts are delicious. There was a different menu each morning. The pool was very nice and kid friendly. Open from 6 am til 12 am nice hours. The room was very clean and beds were very comfy. Great location. Thanks for hosting my family. We will be back for sure.

Overall my stay at the hotel was good and I would return to the property. It just needs updating.
Pros:

The breakfast was adequate. A good selection of breakfast food.

The room was clean and bed comfortable. Checkin staff was pleasant and efficient. Check out process was quick and easy. WiFi access was good.

Cons:

Regarding the breakfast, the donuts were a bit stale. Scrambled eggs were good, but there was no bacon, sausage or ham to compliment the eggs, just sausage gravy. Not particularly appealing. All else was fine.

Room was in need of updating, including the TV.

Bathroom amenities could include more shampoo and soap in the bathroom. Also could use more regular coffee in the room. There was only one regular coffee pod and one decaf. It would be good if at least two regular coffee pods were available.

Good location, good price, friendly, efficient staff

Cons:

The mattress pad on the bed had holes and tears all over it. Did not realize it until the sheet came undone when I was going to sleep. I got up to tuck it back under the mattress and discovered the awful condition of the mattress pad.
