Desayuno no funcionaba el extractor de humo y era sofocante
Es cómodo, acogedor y limpio. El personal es amable y eficiente.
El área en donde sirven el desayuno es muy pequeña y no había suficientes mesas. No había suficientes ingredientes para todos los huéspedes (frutas, guacamole y café se terminaron muy rápido y no tenían como sustituir o completar).
Habían huéspedes muy ruidosos, pero después de algunas quejas, el personal resolvió todo de forma educada
La ubicación y el trato x parte del personal.
La TV complicada de usar y las almohadas duras y pesadas. A nuestra llegada, encontramos pelos en la cama. Si la habitación era para dos, dispongan toallas para dos.

En general todo, ubicación, servicio, desayuno, atención. El personal es excelente!!! Me ayudaron en todo, incluso en cosas que no tenían que ve con el hotel.
Que no había shampoo de calidad.
La ubicación está en la zona que indican, el personal muy amable, la habitación estaba muy limpia, el aire acondicionado funcionaba bien, los desayunos que incluía…
En general la atención del personal es buena.

El Hotel está muy bien ubicado, las habitaciones son modestas pero pequeñas. El hotel no tiene muchos lujos pero cumple con el objetivo. Hay variedad en los desayunos.
Personal super amable, atentos las 24h. Los desayunos son estupendos para empezar al día. A pocos minutos andando de otras cafeterías. Buena zona para pasear. Repetiremos seguro!!
