Nous avons aimé les réponse aux renseignements demandés, le système de navette propose pour allez voir un concert au stade Allianz, .sans demandés on nous a surcote la chambre qui était déjà très belle ,jacuzzi en plus merci et cerise sur le gâteau un parking

Pros:

Posizione ottima per visitare la città di Torino, personale breakfast eccellente ( in particolare il Signor Andrea ) .....ottima colazione e servizio in generale con il personale do accoglienza al Top . Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti quelli che vorranno soggiornare.

Mi appoggio sempre a questa struttura quando sono a Torino. Comodità, pulizia e buona colazione come sempre.

Cons:

Siamo rimasti chiusi nell'ascensore che porta direttamente in stanza per 30 minuti e lo staff non è stato all'altezza della situazione. Episodio molto spiacevole

Gerne wieder
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind gross geräumig. Man kann das Auto in eine Box stellen wo der Eingang direkt mit Lift ins Zimmer fährt. Da ist Privatsphäre gut bedient. Sämtliches Personal vom check in, Kellner und bis zum check out alle freundlich und jeder erledigte seine Arbeit sehr gut. Morgen Essen war ausreichend und gut.

Cons:

Beim Morgen Essen hatte es leider keine Früchten. Z.b Kiwi, Apfel,Bananen etc.
In einem Zimmer von 4 gebuchte hat die Klimaanlage nicht gut funktioniert.

Parcheggio privato con accesso diretto via ascensore nella camera, colazione nelle norma abbastanza fornito, personale gentile e presente.

Cons:

La sala della colazione non era climatizzata si pativa abbastanza il caldo fin dalle prime ore

Pros:

Posizione molto buona per eventi all'Allianz Stadium. Parcheggio privato coperto. Disponibilità dello staff.
Camere ben arredate, peccato per la pulizia.

Cons:

Pulizia mediocre nelle camere e nella sala pranzo.
Colazione scarsa, di bassa qualità, assolutamente non adeguata ad un 4 stelle.
Qualità/prezzo non pertinenti.

Hôtel qui ne paye pas de mine au premier abord, cependant intérieur très propres même si les couloirs sont vétustes. La chambre était spacieuse, très propre (même si des traces de calcaire sur la robinetterie de la douche et de la paroi), rideau très épais qui permet d’être protégé de la luminosité du soleil. Literie très confortable, équipement satisfaisant (gel douche, brosse à dents, chausson, bonnet de bain..)Hôtel se trouvant à côté d’un magasin carrefour si besoin de faire les courses. Personnel a l’accueil au top très disponible et sympa. Place de stationnement sous terrain. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel
