Clean and friendly. Good room amenities.

Cons:

I would have messaged this directly to the facility however I cannot find a way to do so. The tub drain needs cleaning as does the freezer. Otherwise everything was very clean.

We will come back again, only we would ask for the fourth floor, better mountain views
Pros:

Very good value for the money. Clean and very comfortable. Friendly staff

Cons:

The stairs getting into the hotel were a challenge for my wife who uses a walker. Not well designed for handicapped guests.

Was better than what we expected! Clean bright and welcoming !
Pros:

The view from the room was outstanding it was way better than we expected to be for such a good price

Cons:

We had to hike a flight of stairs with the baby stroller before we could have access to an elevator but the staff was such great help and helped carry the baby items for us
