朝食ビュッフェ

リーズナブルな価格で宿泊できました。朝食ビュッフェは全て洗練された美味しい料理が並んでいて大変美味しかったです。朝食オプション付きをお勧めします。

ホテルに温泉があれば良かったですが閉鎖しており残念でした。従業員は若いスタッフも多く、笑顔で丁寧に対応してくれます。部屋のエアコンの温度調整ができないので少し戸惑いました。部屋を出る際に部屋内の電源が落ちるので空気清浄機はありましたが、退出し外に出歩いている間に部屋の空気が洗浄できないので残念でした。部屋を重視せずに泊まるだけなら問題は無いホテルです。

今回、残念ながら喫煙ルームしかなかったが、空気清浄機を使ってなんとかしのげた。
予約の部屋はツインで広かったのが気に入った。半分スイートの雰囲気。くつろげた。
トイレ・バスも、結構広くて使いやすかったが、便座はなぜか冷たく、ONにするスイッチが見つからなかった。また、ウォッシュレットが黒カビがびっちりついていて使えなかったのが悪印象。
朝食は切り干し大根が美味しかった。ほっとする味。
ホテル特製のプリンや野菜ジュースもおいしかった。

Comfortable hotel with basic service
Pros:

Room is small for families but clean and comfortable. Cleaning is not done daily and some amenities are self service. It would be nice to have some staff help with the luggage as porter services are non existent. The dryer onsite is very weak and did not dry clothes well even after 45 mins use.

Pros:

駐車場が狭く充電している車がある為、バックで進入しないと出にくく狭く停められない。
誘導者がいたが何も誘導されず後ろで待っている車がいるのに駐車するのも面倒だった。

充電する場所を移動するとか考えてもらいたいと思うはずです。

Pros:

ホテルの専用駐車場が狭く，ここがダメなら提携するコインパーキングに駐車です。
場所によってはホテルから遠くなり，雨の日や大きな荷物を抱えた人には酷です。

チェックイン時のスタッフさんの対応は良かったです。
フロント付近に置かれたアメニティ関係は，必要なだけ持って行って良いのは有り難いです。
クレンジングや歯磨きは1つでは足りないので嬉しかったです。

Pros:

予約の設定を間違えていましたが、迅速に対応してくださり無事宿泊することができました。
研修生の方も頑張っていて、スタッフ全員で育てていこうという雰囲気が見受けられ、良いホテルだと感じました。

朝食が美味しい！
Pros:

週末に小学生の子供と家族３人で宿泊しました。
旭川では老舗のシティホテルとの見解でしたが、
少々手狭、少し古さがあります。
特に水回り。
新しいビジネスホテルに宿泊することが多いので、比較すると… コスパは微妙でした。
でも、旭山動物園や富良野へのアクセスもよく、周辺には飲食店も多く便利です。
特筆すべきは、朝食がよかったです。
種類もそこそこあって、味が美味しかった
特に、クロワッサンやプリン！　
朝食付きで宿泊したので、朝食内容を考えると妥当なところです。

至って普通かなと思いました。
Pros:

大浴場が無かったのは残念でしたが、3人部屋は広々としてて良かったです。駐車場が少し離れた提携パーキングでしたが朝一雪掻きしてくれてて嬉しかったです。
