なんといってもオーナーのNhiさんの心配りが最高！まるで自分のお家にいるような心地良さ。お部屋もとても清潔で快適に過ごせました。近くにはローカルな飲食店もたくさんあり、お散歩も楽しめました。

Charming ist hier Programm. Ganz liebe Gastgeber und tolle Zimmer bei einem super Preis Leistung Verhältnis. Lage perfekt in der Mitte zwischen Stadt, Reisfelder und Strand. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können es nur empfehlen. Danke für die schöne Zeit in Hoi An.

Un sitio tranquilo y acogedor donde poder descansar realmente. Además Nhi, la anfitriona me dio muy buenas recomendaciones para comer en Hoi An y estaba siempre disponible. Iba para dos noches y me quede una semana. Realmente estuve muy a gusto.

We had such a great time staying with Nhi in Hoi An! The property is in a great location - close to lots of shops and great places to eat and get coffee, and only a short walk or bike ride to Old Town. It’s also a short walk to see the rice paddies and water buffalos, and easy to get to the beach too. The room was spacious and comfortable, and very quiet. The home-cooked breakfasts each morning were delicious. But the best part was the hospitality from Nhi — she had so many great recommendations and advice for how to spend our time in Hoi An, from the best place to get traditional food to where to go for a great tailor. She also helped us organise transport from the airport and to our next destination. We would also highly recommend the cooking class at Charming Homestay - it was one of the highlights of our entire holiday in Vietnam! Thank you for everything Nhi.

The location is perfect! Nhi and her mum are two of the most beautiful, kind, and helpful ladies you will ever meet! Very thoughtful, friendly, welcoming, and generous! The cooking class is exceptional! We felt this was our home away from home!

Nhi and her mum were so inviting, hospitable and welcoming, it felt like home to me. Nhi allowed me to keep my large suitcases downstairs to save the pain of carrying them upstairs. When I returned to stay a second time, Nhi had prepared a meal for me and insisted I take it and it was delicious. I may go back and stay with Chi if it works out, I will always remember their kindness, friendship and hospitality. I will always remember you Nhi, thank you for your love and generosity.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen! Nhi ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin und hat uns viele Tipps für Restaurants, Sightseeing, Schneider, etc gegeben. Sie half auch ein Paket nach Deutschland zu schicken. Fahrräder können auch für 30k pro Tag gemietet werden. Das Frühstück war lecker und reichhaltig. Darüberhinaus bekamen wir auch untertags mal Obst in top. Die Räume sind schön und sauber. Große Empfehlung bei Nhi und ihrer Mama zu übernachten!

Ik had een hele mooie en ruime kamer met een heerlijk groot bed en een patio.
Het ontbijt was heerlijk en gevarieerd voorbereid door Nhi, de eigenaresse. Zij is heel vriendelijk en wil je helpen bij vragen. Daarnaast is het ook gezellig kletsen me5 haar. De homestay ziet er mooi uit en bevindt zich op een goede locatie. Tussen het oude binnenstad en strand in. Tegen een klein bedrag kun je een fiets lenen en kun je om de hoek al mooi fietsen naar het strand tussen de rijstvelden en ander mooi natuur.

La camera era davvero bella, con una posizione carinissima, con un balconcino con sedie, ben arredata, il bagno molto bello, pulitissima e accogliente, sono stata molto bene. Servizio biciclette su richiesta e a pagamento.

We loved every single moment we stayed in this fabulous place. It is such a special and exceptional place, because of the owner Nhi and her family. We left feeling so privileged and lucky to have found it.

Nhi was such a lovely host. Gave me a bunch of recommendations the moment I stepped foot in her home. She was also so so kind — I realized I forgot my wallet when I was in a cafe and she kindly paid for it first through online payment. She even offered to meet up with me in the town so she can give me cash and I can explore! I kindly declined since I had to go home anyway so I was able to get my cash and pay her too. Her hospitality is beyond words <3 Thank you Nhi!

In charming homestay ben je in goede handen. Nhi is een fantastische gastvrouw. Ze spreekt uitstekend Engels en is de perfecte lokale gids in Hoi An. Mooie, ruime kamer, perfect onderhouden. Heerlijk ontbijt. De locatie is geweldig. Rustig en toch vlakbij alle interessante plaatsen. Fietsen zijn beschikbaar voor leuke tochten in de rijstvelden of naar het strand en de stad. Nhi geeft volop tips voor activiteiten en restaurants. Ze geeft ook kook cursussen. Dit is een pareltje! Dankjewel, Nhi!

Looking for the perfect home base while discovering Hoi An and the central area of vietnam? As it turned out we found THE place: Charming Hoi An Homestay. Nhi (owner and super host) welcomes you into her house creating a familiar atmosphere, where you feel at home and well cared for - in any situation!

The rooms are comfortable, furnished with simple elegance and quiet. That they are clean doesn’t have to be mentioned at this stage. Great extra service: from washing clothes (extra fee of course), over practical tips where to go when you need a hair cut for instance (needed one badly ;) and advice on price negotiations, organizing postal package pick up, to great suggestions where to travel / what to discover next based on your interests.

We very much enjoyed Nhi’s cooking class, especially the guided visit at the local small market in the morning, as well as the private environment participating in the workshop making our own lanterns right next door with her sister in law.

Visiting Hoi An to dine at „mai fish“ and getting a tailored suit/dress were among the first notes on our 2do-list… Charming Homestay is located perfectly - which means not too close nor too far from the old town.
In case you dared to delve into the tourist stream downtown, make sure you have the „Reaching Out Teahouse“ on your map, truly a safe haven as well.

We found out about Nhi’s really Charming Homestay the old way… chit-chatting with fellow travelers on Cham Island not knowing where to go next. We are so happy to having been told about this special place! We recommend it immediately!

Nhi was an excellent host, providing excellent recommendations for food, tailoring and things to do. My wife became unwell whilst we were in Hoi An, Nhi made her feel so much better, cooking her a homemade meal and providing her with ginger tea. She went repeatedly above and beyond what we would expect in anywhere else we’ve ever stayed and provided a lovely rose to celebrate our honeymoon. This really is a home away from home. Highly recommend.

I had such an unforgettable & delightful stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Charming Homestay in Hoi An and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Nhi & her 85 yr old mother Thu who lives with Nhi, they made sure I felt at home throughout my stay. The homestay is just a short distance from the bustling old town, easy to navigate by catching a grab taxi, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing, shopping & exploring the local area.

The room was spotless and the king size bed to myself was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night after a day of exploring Hoi An’s lovely streets and beaches, everything was provided & I had a nice quite little courtyard to sit in & enjoy my cups of tea in the mornings & my room had aircon for when & if needed.

Some of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast each morning, I was treated with a choice of delicious Vietnamese coffee, food, fruit & different homemade cold herb teas from breakfast menu that Nhi would make for me, everything was made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Nhi was also incredibly helpful in providing recommendations for nearby attractions ie the Bamboo Circus which is a must see jaw dropping with amazing circus skills, flying around stage using bamboo as props, music & a great storyline. Nhi also helped me with the coconut boat trip she called the boat operator who met me when I arrived & I had the best boat ride, also caught the stunning sunset. Nhi helped with arranging tours for me, I was picked up & dropped off at homestay, I thoroughly enjoyed especially being small group tours was perfect.

What really stood out to me, however, was the hospitality, Nhi went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable.

It’s was a gorgeous place to stay, you walk through a lovely colourful garden to reach the rooms. They’re set back from the road so very quiet and eating breakfast around the dining table was very welcoming. I am celiac (gluten free) and Nhi catered for me without any trouble, each breakfast was delicious
