Singapore left a wonderful impression on me. The country is spotless, the people are genuinely warm and welcoming, and I was truly impressed by the professionalism and hospitality of the hotel staff.

Cons:

As the room was facing the main street, traffic noise at night could occasionally be disruptive. Additionally, the handheld shower was not functioning properly, though it was a relatively minor inconvenience.

Wonderful hotel. Just right in service and comfort.
Pros:

Wonderful hotel, providing an exact,not over the top, experience. All is well managed and comfort it at its highest level. The breakfast is very good. At night the restaurant bar was simple but well remembered. Loved the room ( with a terrace).. top notch. Reception service was well beyond standard.

Cons:

The pool was nice, but on the small side.

The staff at breakfast took care of our needs.

Cons:

It’s not so much that I didn’t like but rather the range of foods could also include perakan /curry dishes and deserts of the malay range which encompases singaporean local culture. There were the same siew mai and paus and congee each morning for the 6 days i stayed there.
The staff made a difference.

Wonderful stay at luxurious hotel.
Pros:

Ordered room service for a late dinner the first night and I was impressed. Breakfast was first class, pool was enjoyable and quiet. Room was spacious with a huge bathroom.

Cons:

Lighting controls were limiting for creating a low light evening environment. They were either all on or set to night time sleeping mode (extensive nightlights).

Very comfortable stay in a beautiful well located hotel with wonderful staff
Pros:

The hotel building is historic with lovely decor/furnishings in keeping with the character of the building. The property is spotlessly clean and very well maintained.

Cons:

Public areas could feel a little chilly due to air conditioning, but nothing a light cardigan couldn’t fix
