Breakfast was very good, good alternatives, staff were all inviting and professional.
Room was small as expected, coming from Langkawi (was in Luxery hotel so roo. Was big with open balcony to smoke).
Loved this hotel. Accomodating staff, excellent location. Room standards matching a 5 star hotel. Great breakfast with local favorites included.
I took an upgraded room for 2 days. The only difference between a regular room and the upgraded one is a small glass enclosed balcony. Not really worth the upgrade.

Excellent location - can also reach a MRT station without going outside. Bagels at breakfast are some of the best outside of the US.
