Luxury hotel in great location. Exceeded my expectation.
Pros:

Room is large and well equipped. The WiFi works reliably with good speed. The breakfast is excellent.

The staff was quite attentive and gave me very good service.

The location is just across the street from Raffles City

Cons:

Unfortunately this has been by far the most disappointing hotel experience I have ever had.

From the moment we arrived, the property had a persistent musty smell that raised serious concerns about the condition of the building. The rooms were no better either with visible signs of mold and an unpleasant smell as soon as we walked in. On top of that every time we used the shower or sink, a terrible smell came from the drains.

The staff moved us to another room the following day, despite the hotel being fully booked for our entire stay. Unfortunately, the second room was no better than the first, with the same underlying issues (but without mold

For a hotel claiming to be 5 star, these conditions are simply unacceptable. The mold issues, unpleasant odors, poor cleanliness, and obvious lack of maintenance fall far below even basic hospitality standards, let alone those expected of a property that must be maintained and conserved.

This experience fell well short of expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel unless these fundamental issues are properly addressed.

Regardless, props to the staff for being particularly the only thing we enjoyed.

Well maintained facilities and comfortable bed
Great sound proof, once the door is shut you can only hear the aircon’s own noise
Best is that there’s no carpet in room at all, perfect for people with sensitive noses

If only the blinds in room can go fully dark (right now there’s a mini gap letting light in)

Le fabuleux petit dejeuner. Le restaurant est vraiment magnifique et tout etait delicieux. Belles chambres et emplacement central.
