Filthy hotel with zero maintenance.

At the hotel, one expects at least a clean carpet - just going out of the elevator with a weird smell tells you that there is something wrong - let's look at the status of the carpet. It wasn't-cleaned for a very long time

Or the status of the toaster in the breakfast area. When somebody cleaned this toaster last time?

I booked this hotel with my wife for our business trip.
It was great experience, great foods, great room.
I'd like to thank you very much to FO staff who was allowing us to do a bit early check in (around 12.44 - 13.00). We arrived early and will have a online meeting at 1 pm. Tried our luck to check in early, and it happened. One more time, thank you for the FO staff during the shift when i checked in. I'm sorry, i don't remember the name but she (lady with hijab) was very accomodating. Great foods during breakfast but the service team need to be more cheerful. A bit noisy in the room (i think it was because of some project happening in the same building)

Overall, i will still recommend this hotel as the first choice to stay in Kelapa Gading area.

I was looking for hotels to regularly visit since i have a meeting with diplomats and colleagues in kelapa gading every week. I randomly check hotels around gading through a famous hotel and travel application.

Santika, is a hidden gem. Service wise its more than you expect... i found that the service level almost the same like hyatt or mulia. What a pleasant stay.

If youre a VVIP and need all the extra arrangement please come and see Mayang. She's incharge of Guest relation at Santika Gading and will make sure you havr a pleasant stay.

Nevertheless, i highly recommend Santika Kepala gading for fellow businessman that wants a quiet sanctuary with 5 stars service.

Here you can be like Sinatra. The ambience, the music, the vibes really catches my attention.

Great service. Good location.

It was very good, except the Corporate discount rate was not a benefit. Maybe a free massage would be the solution versus saving $1.50 a day.

Location and food are all within the same building. Theres a grocery place just next door. Very family friendly.

Very friendly staff, clean room, variative breakfast menu, large parking lot, good wifi connection, strategic location. Reccommended for bussiness or leisure.
The suite room is excellent with acceptable price

Very nice hotel in Kelapa Gading area where the location is really strategic, from the hotel to toll road is only 7 minutes. The room is clean and tidy. Very helpful and warm welcome from Jenti. I will definitely be there again

I was here for 11 nights on a working trip. It immediately exceeded its rating at reception where I was greeted with a wall of smiles and booked in efficiently by Jenti and the other girls. My room on the 5th floor was a large double with bathroom, fridge, safe, enough desk space and sockets with fast free WiFi a plus.
I ate in the restaurant led by a charming and friendly manager Mr. Endang who during my stay was always keen to offer this solo English traveller different eating options. Eg. breakfast where the local style may be a bit overwhelming. I was offered beef sausage or other choices. The restaurant staff of Ismi (desk), Charlotta and Johando (service) were great and a special mention to Haryono who would appear instantly when I needed something..
I did eat in other restaurants in the area but you really do not have to leave the hotel to get excellent choice, service and value. It really does compare favourably with outside.
My overriding memory of my stay here will be the genuine friendliness of the Indonesian people, from the security guards on the front door, the cleaning staff or management everyone went out of their way to greet you as a friend not just a guest. I feel I have been among family for 12 days rather than just a room.
Now I am sure that other travellers will have experienced this Indonesian warmth and charm in other hotels but for value, location and a peaceful happy stay I would certainly make this Santika hotel my first choice on my next visit.

Good hotel in Kelapa Gading. Hotel room is a excellent, nice food, good amenities, nice location. Very warm welcome at reception, Mayang and Tika, very freindly and helpful. Would love to be there again.

Over all the room is fine. But it took quite a while for the air conditioner to get cold. I need to get engineer to help out on this.
Room is clean. As I get the smoking room, it was a but smelly, but they gave me air freshener

Window, surprised....only see the hallway corner, just accessories maybe
When sleep still can hear sounds from people inside the hotel...not ok, but still can acceptable
But good is...not hear anything from outside hotel, so can sleep very well 😊

The room was okay and looks newly renovated but I didn’t like that they use shower curtain on their bathroom, and when I look outside my window there’s an empty corridor where I think it’s possible for anyone to barge in. Which worried me because I was the only one in the room.
