Gute Lage, Suites sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet

Lage der Suites ist optimal, sehr zentral, leider die Zimmer auf die Straßenseite nachts sehr laut, die ZImmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet, das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Frühstückspersonal total zuvorkommend und nett.
Die Lage ist optimal, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuss erreichbar,gute Lokal in der Nähe
Wir mussten das Zimmer wechseln, da das Badezimmer sehr kalt war durch die Lüftung, die sich nicht hat abstellen lassen,
das war kein Problem und wurde am nächsten Tag erledigt.

Cons:

Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr bemüht, aber man hätte sich doch gefreut, wenn einem die Türe aufgemacht wird, wenn man mit schweren Koffern anreist und über ein kurzes "Gute Reise" bei der Abreise hätte man sich als Gast auch gefreut.

We had a great time, location and the junior suite was perfect for a party of four.

Rome is Beautiful. The hotel is fine and clean, and the staff at breakfast are very friendly, but I would not choose to

1.The rooms, the bathrooms, and the bedroom were perfectly cleaned, the bed linen was fresh and spotless.
2. great location in terms of distance, very central and close to all sights
3. very friendly staff at breakfast in the 5th floor.

Cons:

The location is very central, but it is worth bearing in mind that it gets very, very noisy in the evenings and the windows are poorly insulated. I was also less impressed by some of the reception staff, who were not particularly friendly. For example, when we called to ask for cutlery, we were told to come and collect it ourselves. In addition, we had booked three nights including three breakfasts, but because we were leaving at 4 a.m. on the last day, we asked whether we could have that breakfast on the first day instead. This was refused.
