The house keeper was very nice and friendly.

Cons:

Very old and small like smoke.. the reception guy was not that friendly.
Reception is very small and not comfortable. Very noisy.

It was not a great experience for us

The location was great and it was very clean

Cons:

The staff was not friendly or welcoming. The TV didn’t work and they didn’t care. We said we needed a factura on all charges prior to being charged and never recieved one. The maid service walked in 3 times without knocking first. They said there was a shuttle service but in the end there was not. They said our extra charges were for the taxi and when we caught the taxi and tipped him at the airport he got angry because he said we didn’t pay when we were charged the service at the hotel. It’s definitely not a luxury hotel but the location makes it worth it. We wouldn’t stay there again. Many other options in the same location.

Pros:

Se encuentra muy cerca de todo , rápido acceso , muy amable personal , atentos a todo

Cons:

Trate de ir más de una vez en diferentes horarios al rofftop y tenían siempre un cordón para no pasar
