Rome is Beautiful. The hotel is fine and clean, and the staff at breakfast are very friendly, but I would not choose to
Pros:

1.The rooms, the bathrooms, and the bedroom were perfectly cleaned, the bed linen was fresh and spotless.
2. great location in terms of distance, very central and close to all sights
3. very friendly staff at breakfast in the 5th floor.

Cons:

The location is very central, but it is worth bearing in mind that it gets very, very noisy in the evenings and the windows are poorly insulated. I was also less impressed by some of the reception staff, who were not particularly friendly. For example, when we called to ask for cutlery, we were told to come and collect it ourselves. In addition, we had booked three nights including three breakfasts, but because we were leaving at 4 a.m. on the last day, we asked whether we could have that breakfast on the first day instead. This was refused.

Excellent place
Pros:

Very good hotel. Clean and spacious room, freshly updated, good view from the window, huge bathroom.
Breakfast was perfect, served at the top floor with a balcony and view over the Rome's roofs. Personnel was friendly and professional. We were lucky to reserve our stay at a well discounted price.

Excellent, central and great rooms
Pros:

Excellent central location with great service and breakfast. The adjoining rooms were comfortable, spacious and well equipped - everything we needed for a short family break.
