* Dining was quite expensive and one meal - chicken - was over cooked. Not what you would expect.
* Maintenance questionable - our shower door fell off and was not correctly replaced.
* Location is on a noisy main road.
* Swimming pool is on a separate site from the hotel, across the main road.

Cet établissement vieillit mal, il a perdu de sa super d’antan. Le personnel n’est pas classe et certains employés manquent de professionnalisme. Déçue, je n’y retournerai pas et je ne le conseillerai pas.
+ mobilier vieillissant, par ex : le meuble de la salle de bain a faillit me blesser, en ouvrant la porte du meuble, celle-ci s’est dégondée et est lourdement tombée au sol à un centimètre de mes orteils. C’est honteux !

Good view of the harbour and near to good restaurants.
Very noisy. Had to cross busy road to get to the pool - also noisy. Expected more of the room. Bar didnt have right glasses for cocktails. Everything felt unloved.

The food was fantastic, the swimming pool was fabulous, the views from the hotel were unbeatable.
It is a bit hard to find and Google Maps just could not find it. I had to call my tour guide who finally led us there!!

Comfy Beds, great collonial decor, delicious breakfast and good coffee. Staff were also very helpful and attentive. Pool over road was nicely kept.

Food. every meal was poor, the breakfast was poor, evening meal very poor
We came to Gibraltar to get married and decided to stay in the iconic Rock Hotel. The thing that really made our stay magical were the wonderful staff, especially the team serving in the bar. Special shout out to Jose, Mario and Agostin who went above and beyond to make us comfortable and helped us to celebrate our wedding day. We will treasure the memories we made there.
I didn’t find the bed very comfortable but my husband didn’t mind it. Shame about the scaffolding surrounding the hotel but I understand that maintenance needs to happen.
Room was good with great view. Pool area was exit
Seemed under staffed especially in breakfast area. Those that were working were really nice but just seemed to be behind a little with keeping everything topped up.
Taxis were expensive.
