The hotel is well situated. The new owners are obviously determined to give guests an enjoyable stay
Pros:

The breakfast was good. I have a problem with mobility that required some help from the staff. The staff were excellent, very supportive and patient. They made me very welcome and did everything possible to make my stay enjoyable.

Good value and great location, friendly staff
Pros:

Very friendly staff, my single room was big and had a see view. I will be booking again shortly.

Cons:

Nothing, it is being renovated at the moment and will be better when its done. I was aware of this before i booked. Didn’t affect my stay at all.

We enjoyed Blackpool but was not aware tha it was under refurbishment

Short and sweet, but comfortable bed, clean and a great spot
Pros:

Does what it says in the tin. Nice little welcome tray, all the usual tea/coffee plus bottled water, nibbles and chocolate.

Cons:

10am check out is a little early, 11am would be nice. I’m sure that’s arrangeable tho if you ask. I just didn’t think to.

Cheap and cheerful

Book at your peril

Cons:

The whole place was filthy, rooms smelt stale and dirty, bedding was dirty and smelt of stale sweat, we complained to the management who checked the room and fobbed us off saying they couldn’t see anything wrong and that the bedding was clean. Photos on booking.com clearly altered with AI. Dining room was thick with dust.We needed to book new accommodation as we were in Blackpool for. Family event. Book this accommodation at your peril.

Liked everthing the room was lovely the sea view was fantastic the staff were really nice the room was lovely and warm when I came in from the wind no complaints thinking of booking again the week after easter and booking extra family room loved it was only 4 minutes work to the north pier and the tram stop a few minutes 😀

Lovely
Pros:

Location is amazing, right on the sea front. Staff was helpful and showed me to my room. The continental breakfast however was very basic, the hotel is going through renovations but if you can look past that it’s a lovely, cozy, warm and quiet hotel even on a Saturday night. Loved the sea view room very sweet and the bottle water was a nice surprise.

Cons:

The breakfast could have been a little more that’s all the quality of food was good though so not really a complaint. It would have been lovely to sit by the window to eat but that area is carpeted so I completely understand why. I just think that would be another selling point going forward.
