Pros:

The staff were lovely but could do with more around breakfast time as had to wait at least half hour before we even got a coffee.

Cons:

The fact that we were put into two rooms that wasn’t advertised on their website. The rooms were unclean didn’t have a sea view like we asked for. They were very small and one of them was bright yellow with a plastic sheet over the windows.
The owners need to make sure that what they are marketing on their website is correct and not to put paying customers into a room that isn’t shown.

Cons:

We were there for three days. The communal areas didn't look like they had been hoovered at all. No cleaning done in our room either. I heard it is new owners who are doing up the place so hoovering areas everywhere should happen every day

Pros:

The room was spacious the shower was awesome could have it hot or cold I liked we could order takeaway and eat it in our room we had a lovely sea view it was in a nice area which was quiet and chilled the staff where really nice helpful and friendly

Cons:

We didn't have a heater the windows in our room were broken wouldn't close properly so it was a bit cold and the wind whistled through the windows it was quite noisy we didn't have a fan either but I got to borrow a hair dryer so that was good.

Lovely view, lovely staff, amazing hotel overall
Pros:

The third room we were placed into was a great view as it was a beachfront. It was roomy too and very clean. Lovely cleaners and chatty members of staff at reception which felt really honey and welcoming. The bug TV in the reception is free to use for your kids and yourself too, it's just a lovely atmosphere to be in. The main two staff members were lovely and helped us with an extension and a hairdryer when we needed it and fresh towels etc.

Cons:

The staff did mess up the rooms to begin with. We ordered a triple room and they supplied us with a double room at the back of the hotel with a bad view of back buildings and it was very cramped. The one member of staff tried to charge us an extra £10 during the night to store our luggage the next day when the other members didn't do that they kept our luggage aside and kept it all safe with no charge. The paint was coming off on the ceiling in our room which made the room look a bit unpleasant. The only thing I hated was the humidity of the room because it was HOT.
